Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja bisnis pada UKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Populasi yang digunakan adalah UKM yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data melalui keusioner, terdapat 138 UKM yang menjadi sampel penelitian dengan kriteria bergerak di bidang industri kecil dan menengah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan program WarpPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital, customer capital, structural capital, social capital, technological capital, dan spiritual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis UKM.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of intellectual capital on business performance in SMEs in the Sidoarjo Regency. The population used is SMEs in the Sidoarjo Regency. Based on quantitative research methods with a purposive sampling technique and data collection through questionnaires, there are 138 SMEs who become research samples with criteria for moving in the field of small and medium industries. The data analysis method used is to use the WarpPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that human capital, customer capital, structural capital, social capital, technological capital, and spiritual capital had a positive effect on the performance of SME businesses.
