RENOVASI GEDUNG KANTOR KECAMATAN TRAWAS KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Kantor kecamatan dipimpin oleh seorang camat yang bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati atau Wali Kota melalui perantaran seorang Sekretaris Daerah. Setelah dilakukan wawancara, berdasarkan penuturan Pak Camat akan dilakukan penambahan satu lantai dikarenakan ruangan yang tersedia saat ini terlalu sempit. Maka dari itu, diperlukan ruang lebih demi menunjang kinerja pegawai. Bangunan ini memiliki luas existing 525 m², terbagi menjadi 19 ruangan. Ruangan yang tidak memenuhi standart contohnya ruang rapat. Berdasarkan Permen PU No. 45 tahun 2007 ruang rapat memiliki standart luas ruang yaitu 40 m². Sedangkan ruang rapat di Kantor Kecamatan Trawas hanya memiliki luas ruangan 24 m². Maka dari itu, dilakukan renovasi penambahan satu lantai.

Data yang dibutuhkan untuk merenovasi diantaranya gambar existing. Setelah mendapatkan data tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan luas ruangan sesuai standart. Standart yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan luas ruangan ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri PU No. 45 Tahun 2007.

Hasil renovasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto ini, semula gedung ini memiliki 2 lantai dengan luas 525 m² dan direnovasi menjadi 3 lantai dengan luas 787,5 m². Pada masing-masing lantainya memiliki luas 262,5 m². Selain dilakukan penambahan lantai, Kantor Kecamatan Trawas ini juga menata ruang-ruang yang terlalu sempit untuk diperluas. Maka dari itu ada beberapa ruangan yang akan dipindahkan.

The sub-district office is headed by a sub-district head who is responsible to the regent or mayor through the delivery of a regional secretary. After the interview, according to the Head of Subdistrict, one floor will be added because the space currently available is too narrow. Therefore, more space is needed to support employee performance. This building has an existing area of ​​525 m2, divided into 19 rooms. Rooms that do not meet standards for example meeting rooms. Based on Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 45 of 2007 the boardroom has a standard room area of ​​40 m2. Whereas the meeting rooms at the Trawas District Office only have 24 m2 of space. Therefore, an additional one-story renovation was carried out.
            The data needed to renovate include existing images. After getting the data, the calculation of the area of ​​the room according to standard is done. The standard used to calculate this room area refers to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 45 of 2007.
                The results of the renovation at the Trawas District Office in Mojokerto Regency, originally the building had 2 floors with an area of ​​525 m2 and was renovated into 3 floors with an area of ​​787.5 m2. Each floor has an area of ​​262.5 m2. In addition to the addition of floors, this Trawas District Office also arranges spaces that are too narrow to be expanded. Therefore there are several rooms to be moved.
