ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU PAUD TERSERTIFIKASI TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR ANAK SELAMA PANDEMI
ANALYSIS OF PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF CERTIFIED PAUD TEACHER'S ON CHILDREN'S INTEREST IN LEARNING DURING PANDEMIC
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD tersertifikasi terhadap minat belajar anak selama pandemi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Survei dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang ditujukan kepada guru PAUD tersertifikasi dan lembar observasi yang ditujukan kepada orangtua dari anak usia dini di Kecamatan Kedamean yang masing-masing berjumlah 58 sampel. Sebelum data dianalisis maka dilakukan uji prasyarat dahulu yang meliputi: 1) Uji Validitas; 2) Uji Reliabilitas; 3) Uji Normalitas; dan 4) Uji Linieritas. Untuk analisis data sendiri yaitu dengan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan korelasi pearson. Korelasi pearson dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara nilai pearson correlation dengan nilai r tabel serta membandingkan nilai signifikansi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD tersertifikasi mempunyai hubungan terhadap minat belajar anak selama pandemi senilai 0,384 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut akan tetapi hubungannya tergolong lemah, dan arah dari hubungan tersebut bernilai positif.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the pedagogic competence of certified PAUD teachers on children's interest in learning during the pandemic. The method in this study uses a quantitative research approach with a survey design. The survey was conducted online using a questionnaire addressed to certified PAUD teachers and an observation sheet addressed to parents of children in Kedamean District, each of which totaled 58 samples. Before the data is analyzed, prerequisite tests are carried out which include: 1) Validity Test; 2) Reliability Test; 3) Normality Test; and 4) Linearity Test. For data analysis itself, namely the Hypothesis Test using Pearson correlation. Pearson correlation is done by comparing the Pearson correlation value with the r table value and comparing the significance value. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the pedagogic competence of certified PAUD teachers has a relationship with children's learning interest during a pandemic of 0.384, which means that there is a relationship between the two variables but the relationship is weak, and the direction of the relationship is positive.
