Pengembangan Perencanaan Strategis Kegiatan Usaha di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fitrah Surabaya
Development of Business Activity Strategy Planning at the Al-Fitrah Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengembangan renstra kewirausahaan bagi santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Fithrah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan tahapan pengembangan renstra mengadopsi pengembangan model Borg and Gall yang memiliki 10 tahapan yang harus diselesaikan, mencakup : 1) Research and Information Colletion, 2) Planning , 3). Develop Preliminary form of Product , 4) Preliminary Field Testing , 5) Main Field Testing , 6) Operational Product Revision , 7) Operational Field Testing , 8) Evaluation, 9) Final Product Revision, 10) Disemination, Hasil produk renstra divalidasi oleh validator ahli kemudian dilakukan uji lapangan untuk mendapatkan kelayakan, kefektifan dan keprakstisan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fithrah Surabaya. Subyek penelitian adalah pengasuh pondok pesantren, ustadz, dan santri Pondok Pesantren Al- Fithrah Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket penilaian dari valitador ahli, serta angket penilaian dari pengasuh pondok, ustad Pondok, dan santri Pesantren Al-Fithrah Surabaya. Angket validator ahli mengandung beberapa aspek penilaian untuk mengevaluasi produk pengembangan.
Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kelayakan renstra kewirausahaan ini mempertimbakan beberapa aspek penting, diantaranya adalah: a) Visi dan misi Pondok b) Lingkungan internal dan eksternal c) Spesifik dan Terukur d) Konsistensi antara rencana tindakan dan strategi. 2) Kepraktisan pengembangan berupa buku perencanaan strategis kewirausahaan di Pondok Pesantren Al Fithrah Surabaya didapatkan dengan penilaian kepraktisan setelah diterapkan dilapangan mencakup: a) Renstra bersifat umum, b) Perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan, c) Perbedaan pengalaman, d) Mengatasi kendala. 3) Keefektifan renstra ditandai dengan diawali membuat : a) peta strategi. b) Pembuatan perencanaan strategis (renstra) usaha. Renstra usaha ini dibuat dengan jalan mengembangan setiap tahapan dalam peta strategi dengan menyusun rencana mulai tahap pengenalan, tahap penguatan dan tahap perluasanberhasil dalam memandu pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya yang diawali dengan membuat perencanaan strategis usaha masing-masing peserta.
This research aims to develop an entrepreneurial strategic plan for students at the Al-Fithrah Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya. This research uses a development research approach with the strategic development stages adopting the Borg and Gall development model which has 10 stages that must be completed, including: 1) Research and Information Collection, 2) Planning, 3). Developing the Initial Form of the Product, 4) Preliminary Field Trial, 5) Main Field Trial, 6) Product Operational Revision, 7) Operational Field Trial, 8) Evaluation, 9) Final Product Revision, 10) Dissemination, Product strategic plan results are validated by expert validators then carry out field tests to obtain feasibility, effectiveness and practicality.
This research was conducted. This research was conducted at the Al-Fithrah Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya. The research subjects were Islamic boarding school caregivers, ustadz, and students of Al-Fithrah Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya. The data collection technique uses assessment questionnaires from validator experts, as well as assessment questionnaires from boarding school caregivers, Islamic boarding school teachers, and students at the Al-Fithrah Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya. Expert validator The questionnaire contains several assessment aspects to illuminate the development product.
The development results show that: 1) the feasibility of this entrepreneurial strategic plan takes into account several important aspects, including: a) Pondok's vision and mission b) Internal and external environment c) Specific and Measurable d) Consistency between action plans and strategies. 2) The practicality of developing an entrepreneurial strategy planning book at the Al Fithrah Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya was obtained by assessing its practicality after being implemented in the field which includes: a) General Strategic Plan, b) Differences in educational background, c) Differences in experience, d) Overcoming obstacles. 3) The effectiveness of the strategic plan is indicated by starting with making: a) a strategy map. b) Making business planning strategies (renstra). This business strategic plan was created by developing each stage in the strategy map by drawing up plans starting from the introduction stage, strengthening stage and expansion stage. It was successful in guiding business actors in developing their business, starting with creating a business planning strategy for each participant.
