DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA WITH A PROBLEM BASED LEARNING APPROACH TO THE SUBJECT OF PRINTING GRAPHIC DESIGN AT GEMPOL 1 PUBLIC VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif dengan pendekatan problem based learning untuk disajikan pada mata pelajaran desain grafis percetakan dan mengetahui keefektifan multimedia interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model DDD-E dengan subjek uji coba peserta didik kelas XI Multimedia 1 SMKN 1 Gempol. Data kelayakan multimedia interaktif diperoleh dari hasil instrumen validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna multimedia interaktif. Data keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test yang telah melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal sehingga didapatkan butir soal yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil pre-test dan post-test digunakan dalam mengetahui keefektifan melalui hasil analisis data uji t.
Jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, analisis data yang digunakan untuk memproses hasil ujian kelayakan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Uji kelayakan materi mendapatkan hasil 91,6% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, uji kelayakan media mendapatkan hasil 100% menunjukkan kategori sangat layak, uji kelayakan oleh pengguna mendapatkan hasil 85,8% yang menunjukkan kategori sangat layak. Keefektifan multimedia interaktif diperoleh dari uji N-Gain sebesar 0,97 atau 97% yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi atau efektif. Kesimpulan dari hasil yang didaptkan, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil multimedia interaktif dengan pendekatan problem based learning mata pelajaran desain grafis percetakan layak untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran desain grafis percetakan SMKN 1 Gempol.

The purpose of the researchers in conducting this research was to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia with a problem-based learning approach to be presented in print graphic design subjects and to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia in the learning process. The development model used is the DDD-E model with test subjects for students in class XI Multimedia 1 SMKN 1 Gempol. Interactive multimedia feasibility data was obtained from the validation instruments of material experts, media experts, and interactive multimedia users. Effectiveness data is obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test values that have tested the validity and reliability of the items so that valid and reliable items are obtained. The results of the pre-test and post-test are used to determine effectiveness through the results of the t-test data analysis.
Types of qualitative and quantitative data, data analysis used to process the results of the feasibility test using a Likert scale. The material feasibility test obtained 91.6% results which were included in the very feasible category, the media feasibility test obtained 100% results indicating the very feasible category, the user feasibility test obtained 85.8% results which indicated the very feasible category. The effectiveness of interactive multimedia is obtained from the N-Gain test of 0.97 or 97% which is in the high or effective category. The conclusion from the results obtained, this research shows that the results of interactive multimedia with a problem-based learning approach to print graphic design subjects are feasible to be applied in learning activities and are effective in improving learning outcomes in print graphic design subjects at SMKN 1 Gempol.
