Motif Orang Tua Menyekolahkan Anaknya Di SSB Gen-B

Sekolah sepak bola merupakan sarana pembinaan sepak bola untuk usia muda. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi objek adalah SSB Gen-B di Kota Mojokerto. SSB Gen-B mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri bagi orang tua yang ingin menyekolahkan anaknya di SSB ini, karena dikenal maasyarakat Mojokerto dan sekitarnya sebagai SSB yang sukses menghasilkan pemain sepak bola berbakat yang kini telah bergabung di klub profesional Indonesia. Meskipun SSB Gen-B mematok biaya yang cukup mahal, hal tersebut tidak menjadi masalah bagi para orang tua untuk mendukung bakat dan minat anaknya pada olahraga sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi latar belakang dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh subjek penelitian dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di SSB Gen-B. Metode di dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi gagasan Alfred Schutz. Fenomenologi Alfred Schutz digunakan untuk mengkaji because motive (motif sebab) dan in order to motive (motif tujuan) dari para informan yang merupakan orang tua dari siswa SSB Gen-B. Hasil penelitian yakni because motive (motif sebab) informan menyekolahkan anaknya di SSB Gen-B karena Anak terpengaruh pergaulan di lingkungan sekitar, kebiasaan orang tua yang berkaitan dengan sepak bola, anak termotivasi oleh temannya, paksaan orang tua, serta kualitas SSB Gen-B yang sudah terbukti bagus. Tentu setiap tindakan dari seseorang memiliki tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. in order to motive (motif tujuan) mereka dalam menyekolahkan anaknya ke SSB Gen-B ini ingin sang anak menjadi pemain sepak bola profesional, mengajarkan kedisiplinan, mengenalkan sang anak ke lingkungan baru, serta menjaga kebugaran jasmani sang anak.

Football school is a means of coaching soccer for grassroots. In this research, the object of research is SSB Gen-B in Mojokerto City. SSB Gen-B has its own charm for parents who want to send their children to SSB, because SSB Gen-B is known by the people of Mojokerto and its surroundings as SSB which has succeeded in producing talented football players who have now joined Indonesian professional clubs. Although SSB Gen-B charges a fairly expensive fee, it is not a problem for parents to support their children's talents and interests in soccer. The purpose of this study is to identify the background and goals to be achieved by the research subjects in sending their children to SSB Gen-B. The method in this study is a qualitative research using the phenomenological approach of Alfred Schutz's ideas. Alfred Schutz's phenomenology is used to study the because motive and in order to motive of the informants who are parents of SSB Gen-B students. The results of the study are because the informant sends his children to SSB Gen-B because the child is influenced by the association in the around society, the habits of parents related to football, the child is motivated by his friends, the coercion of parents, and the quality of the SSB Gen-B which has proven good. Of course, every action of a person has a predetermined purpose. Their in order to motive in sending their children to SSB Gen-B wants the child to become a professional soccer player, teach discipline, introduce the child to a new society, and maintain the child's physical fitness.
