Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen mutu pada lembaga pendidikan berprestasi melalui studi multi situs di SMKN 1 Cerme Kabupaten Gresik dan SMAN 3 Bojonegoro Fokus penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan pengorganisasian pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program mutu yang dijalankan oleh kedua sekolah Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi multi situs Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan secara interaktif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu di kedua sekolah dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan berbasis visi-misi institusi Pelaksanaan program dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen sekolah termasuk kepala sekolah guru tenaga kependidikan dan komite sekolah Evaluasi mutu dilaksanakan secara berkala dan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan Keberhasilan manajemen mutu di kedua sekolah ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan capaian akademik dan non akademik serta pengakuan sebagai sekolah berprestasi Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi teori manajemen mutu pendidikan serta saran praktis bagi sekolah wakil kepala sekolah bidang dan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan secara berkelanjutan

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of quality management in high achieving educational institutions through a multi site study conducted at SMKN 1 Cerme in Gresik Regency and SMAN 3 Bojonegoro The focus of the research includes the planning organizing implementation and evaluation of quality programs carried out by both schools The research employed a qualitative approach with a multi site study design Data were collected through in depth interviews participatory observation and document analysis Data analysis was conducted through data reduction data display and conclusion drawing in an interactive process The findings reveal that quality management in both schools is implemented systematically and based on the institutions vision and mission Program implementation is carried out collaboratively by involving all school components including principals teachers education personnel and school committees Quality evaluation is conducted periodically and serves as the basis for continuous improvement The success of quality management in both schools is evidenced by the improvement in academic and non-academic achievements as well as recognition as highperforming schools This research provides implications for the theory of educational quality management as well as practical recommendations for schools vice principals and teachers in sustainably improving the quality of educational institutions
