Pentingnya mengenalkan budaya daerah dan memotivasi siswa dalam mengenal kearifan lokal daerah khususnya di Sidoarjo. Untuk itu pembelajaran kearifan lokal dibuat menarik dan mudah dipahami siswa maka, perlu buku suplemen dalam penyampaiannya. Hal ini dikarenakan bahan ajar yang berupa buku teks yang tersedia belum memuat materi kearifan lokal daerah Sidoarjo. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku suplemen flipbook IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal Sidoarjo dan mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, serta kefektifan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, (5) evaluasi. Uji validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mengukur kevalidan. Uji kepraktisan melalui angket dari respon pendidik dan siswa terhadap produk buku suplemen flipbook. Uji keefektifan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dari pre-test dan post-test untuk hasil belajar dari kelas uji coba yang menggunakan buku suplemen flipbook IPAS dan kelas kontrol yang sudah mempelajari materi yang sama sebelumnya. Sedangkan untuk motivasi dilakukan dengan setelah siswa menggunakan buku suplemen flipbook IPAS. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis kuantitatif dari validasi, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain dan Uji-t. Hasil yang didapat setelah dilakukan oleh validator kevalidan produk pengembangan suplemen flipbook 90% dikategorikan sangat valid, kepraktisan respon pendidik 88% dan respon siswa 85,5% keduanya dikategorikan sangat praktis, keefektifan diperoleh data 0,90 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan buku suplemen flipbook IPAS Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Sidoarjo Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dikategorikan layak digunakan.

The importance of introducing regional culture and motivating students to recognize local wisdom, especially in Sidoarjo. For that, learning local wisdom is made interesting and easy for students to understand, so a supplementary book is needed in its delivery. This is because the teaching materials in the form of available textbooks do not yet contain local wisdom material from the Sidoarjo region. The purpose of this study was to develop a supplementary flipbook book for science science based on local wisdom from Sidoarjo and to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students. This development research uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. Validation tests are carried out by material experts and media experts to measure validity. Practicality tests are carried out through questionnaires from educators' and students' responses to the supplementary flipbook book product. Effectiveness tests are carried out by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test for learning outcomes from the trial class using the supplementary flipbook book for science science and the control class that has studied the same material before. Meanwhile, motivation is done after students use the IPAS flipbook supplement book. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include quantitative analysis of validation, practicality, and effectiveness using the N-Gain test and t-test. The results obtained after being carried out by the validator of the validity of the flipbook supplement development product 90% are categorized as very valid, the practicality of the educator's response 88% and the student's response 85.5% both are categorized as very practical, the effectiveness of the data obtained is 0.90 with a very high category. Thus it can be concluded that the development of the IPAS flipbook supplement book Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya Based on Local Wisdom of Sidoarjo to Improve Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Elementary School Students is categorized as feasible to use.
