PENGEMBANGAN BUKU SAKU DIGITAL PELATIHAN HYGIENE SANITASI PADA PENJAMAH MAKANAN KAMPUNG KUE RUNGKUT SURABAYA
DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL POCKET BOOK FOR SANITATION HYGIENE TRAINING FOR FOOD HANDLERS IN
KAMPUNG KUE RUNGKUT SURABAYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hasil pengembangan buku saku digital pelatihan hygiene sanitasi pada penjamah makanan kampung kue Rungkut Surabaya, (2) Kelayakan materi buku saku digital, (3) Kelayakan media buku saku digital, (4) Respon penjamah makanan kampung kue Rungkut Surabaya terhadap kelayakan buku saku digital pelatihan hygiene sanitasi
Metode penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan PLOMP dengan empat tahapan saja dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk penelitian. Validasi buku saku digital melibatkan tiga orang ahli materi serta tiga orang ahli media, Objek penelitian berupa buku saku digital. Kuisioner yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah lembar validasi materi, media dan angket respon pengguna buku saku digital. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Hasil buku saku digital yang sudah dibuat berupa link https://online.flipbuilder.com/sherk/yjtb/ berbentuk online mencakup materi personal hygiene, lingkungan, pengolahan bahan dan peralatan (2) Materi buku saku digital sudah layak dengan nilai rerata 84% termasuk kedalam interpretasi sangat layak dan (3) Media buku saku digital sudah layak dengan nilai rerata 87% termasuk kedalam interpretasi sangat layak (4) Respon penjamah makanan diperoleh skor rerata 86% dengan interpretasi sangat Baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa buku saku digital hasil penelitian dapat digunakan dalam pelatihan maupun pembelajaran.

This study aims to determine: (1) The results of the development of a digital pocketbook of sanitation hygiene training for food handlers of Rungkut Surabaya cake village, (2) The feasibility of digital pocketbook material, (3) The feasibility of digital pocketbook media, (4) The response of food handlers of Rungkut Surabaya cake village to the feasibility of digital pocketbook of sanitation hygiene training.
This research method is R&D with the PLOMP development model with only four stages due to the limited time and costs required for research. Validation of digital pocketbooks involves three material experts and three media experts, The object of research is a digital pocketbook. Questionnaires used in data collection are material validation sheets, media and digital pocketbook user response questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively quantitative.
The results showed: (1) The results of the digital pocket book that have been made in the form of a link https://online.flipbuilder.com/sherk/yjtb/ in the form of online covering personal hygiene, environment, processing of materials and equipment (2) The digital pocket book material is feasible with an average score of 84% including the interpretation of very feasible and (3) The digital pocket book media is feasible with an average score of 87% including the interpretation of very feasible (4) The response of food handlers obtained an average score of 86% with a very good interpretation. This indicates that the digital pocket book of the research results can be used in training and learning.
