Relationship between Workplace Wellbeing and Readiness to Change in Teachers of SMK X
Guru merupakan salah satu pendukung dalam perubahan pendidikan, sebab memiliki peran strategis sebagai agent of change yang berkontribusi terkait pembentukan karakter dan budaya di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui korelasi antara workplace wellbeing dengan readiness to change pada guru SMK X. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel jenuh digunakan dalam teknik sampling penelitian ini, yang subjeknya terdiri dari 100 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen skala ukur psikologis dari variabel workplace wellbeing dan variabel readiness to change. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan software JASP 17.03 for windows. Hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi 0,710 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p<0,05). Hal ini menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara workplace wellbeing dengan readiness to change termasuk kategori yang kuat. Workplace wellbeing yang semakin tinggi, maka readiness to change yang ditampakkan guru juga akan tinggi, begitu sebaliknya workplace wellbeing yang rendah, maka readiness to change yang ditampakkan guru rendah pula.
Teachers are one of the supporters in educational change, because they have a strategic role as agents of change who contribute to character building and school culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between workplace wellbeing and readiness to change in SMK X teachers. The method in this study used a correlational quantitative method. Saturated samples were used in the sampling technique of this study whose subjects consisted of 100 teachers. The data collection technique uses a psychological measuring scale instrument from the workplace wellbeing variable and the readiness to change variable. The data analysis used in this study used the Pearson product moment correlation test with the help of JASP 17.03 software for windows. The results of data analysis showed that the two variables had a correlation coefficient of 0.710 with a significance value of 0.001 (p<0.05). This states that the relationship between workplace wellbeing and readiness to change is in the strong category. The higher the workplace wellbeing, the higher the readiness to change shown by the teacher, and vice versa, the lower the workplace wellbeing, the lower the readiness to change shown by the teacher.
