Implementation of Website-Based Asset Management Design at PT Petrokimia Gresik

Setiap perusahaan memiliki permasalahan dalam pengelolaan barang seperti seringnya barang hilang setelah dipinjam membuat perusahaan PT Petrokimia Gresik menambah biaya untuk pengadaan penggantian barang. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya permasalahan tersebut maka sangat diperlukan untuk membuat catatan peminjaman barang berbasis web. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan  manajemen aset berbasis website, penelitian ini juga melihat efektifitas website pengelolaan barang di PT Petrokimia Gresik. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan R&D (Research and Development) dengan jenis metode agile dengan pengkodean menggunakan laravel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan sample purposive sampling dengan pemberian skor menggunakan skala likert. Hasil uji validitas dari para ahli menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87% dengan kategori sangat baik, maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji reliabilitas bahwa semua item variabel adalah konsisten atau reliabel. Hasil uji Product Moment pada semua item pernyataan memiliki besaran nilai pada r hitung> r tabel dan nilai sign. > 0,05 maka semua item dapat dinyatakan valid sehingga website layak digunakan. Kesimpulannya bahwa manajemen aset berbasis website ini memiliki efektifitas dalam pengelolaan barang di PT Petrokimia Gresik.

Every company has problems in managing goods, such as the frequent loss of goods after being borrowed, causing the company PT Petrokimia Gresik to increase the cost of procuring replacement goods. Efforts are made to minimize the occurrence of these problems, it is very necessary to make a web-based record of borrowing goods. The purpose of this study is to develop website-based asset management, this study also looks at the effectiveness of the website for managing goods at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This research methodology uses R&D (Research and Development) with the type of agile method with coding using laravel. Data collection techniques using surveys. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with purposive sampling by scoring using a Likert scale. The results of the validity test from the experts showed an average value of 87% with a very good category, so as the basis for decision making in the reliability test that all variable items were consistent or reliable. Product Moment test results on all statement items have a value of r count > r table and sign value. > 0.05 then all items can be declared valid so that the website is feasible to use. The conclusion is that this website-based asset management has effectiveness in managing goods at PT Petrokimia Gresik.
