Penelitian dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Magetan. MAN 1 Magetan merupakan satu – satunya sekolah di kabupaten Magetan yang menerapkan ekstrakurikuler PMR sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembentukan sikap kesetiakawanan sosial pada anggota Palang Merah Remaja di MAN 1 Magetan. Teori yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah teori belajar observasional Albert Bandura. Dalam teori belajar observasional yang dikembangkan Bandura, ada empat tahapan yang harus dilalui yaitu atensi, retensi, produksi, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembentukan sikap kesetiakawanan sosial pada anggota ekstrakurikuler PMR di MAN 1 Magetan dibentuk melalui tiga komponen yaitu melalui komponen kognisi (pengetahuan), komponen afeksi (emosisonal / perasaan), dan komponen konasi (perilaku). Proses pemberian pengetahuan dilakukan oleh pembina ekstrakurikuler PMR dan Dewan Senior PMR (PMR). Proses pemberian pengetahuan dilaksanakan pada saat latihan rutin PMR. Selain mengajarkan pengetahuan mengenai kepalangmerahan, pembina dan DSP juga memberi semangat dan motivasi kepada anggota ekstrakurikuler PMR. Pemberian motivasi berupa adanya lomba dan pemberian nilai bagus kepada anggota ekstrakurikuler PMR yang bisa menerapkan sikap kesetiakawanan sosial di kehidupan sehari – hari. Pembentukan sikap kesetiakawanan sosial dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PMR dilatih dan dibentuk melalui beberapa kegiatan, yaitu latihan rutin PMR, hiking, kemah, donor darah, dan bakti sosial. Setelah mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PMR, anggota ekstrakurikuler PMR mampu menerapkan sikap kesetiakawanan sosial dalam kehidupan sehari – hari dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan yang dipilihnya.

The research was done in MAN 1 Magetan. MAN 1 Magetan is the only school in Magetan which has PMR as the main extracurricular in Magetan city. The aim of this research is to understand further about the making of social faithfulness in the members of PMR in MAN 1 Magetan. The theory which used to answer the problems in this research is observational study theory by Albert Bandura. In observational study theory, there ae four stages which are attention, retention, production and motivation. This research using qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive design. The data assembling techniques used in this research are interview, observation, documentation. The data validation used in this research is source triangular technique. The results of the observation showed that the process of building the social friendship faithfulness in the members of PMR in MAN 1 Magetan were through theree stages which are through cognition (knowledge), affection (emotion), and conation ( attitude). The cognition process was done by the board of supervisors and the Senior Council of PMR. The cognition process was held at the routine training of PMR. In addition to giving the study materials, the supervisors and Senior Council were also giving motivation and support to the members of PMR in cognition process. The motivation was given through competition and good mark for the members who could applied the value of social friendship faithfulness in the daily life. The process of building the social friendship faithfulness were through some activities which are the routine training, hiking, camping, blood transfusion and social charity. After doing the series of PMR training, the members were succeeded in applying the value of social friendship faithfulness and being responsible for the thing they have done.
