Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Private Label Indomaret (Studi di Indomaret Cabang Cerme)

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Private Label Indomaret. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel 200 orang menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling yaitu konsumen yang secara kebetulan/insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Populasi yang diambil merupakan ketetapan dari seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada gerai Indomaret Cabang Cerme, pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan untuk variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan koefisiensi. Secara simultan variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on the purchase decision of Indomaret’s Private Label products. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach, the number of samples of 200 people using the Accidental Sampling Technique is consumers who accidentally met with researchers. The population taken is the determination of all consumers who make purchases at the Cerme branch Indomaret gerais, collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product had no effect on purchasing decisions, while the price variable had an effect on purchasing decisions with coefficients. Simultaneously the product quality and price variables influence the purchasing decision.
