PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BIG BOOK UNTUK KETERAMPILAN MENULIS NARASI SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR
DEVELOPMENT OF BIG BOOK MEDIA FOR NARRATIVE WRITING SKILLS IN CLASS IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Big Book untuk keterampilan menulis narasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE yang melalui lima tahapan yakni analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik validasi dan angket. Validitas media Big Book diperoleh melalui hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 92% (sangat valid). Sedangkan hasil dari validasi ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 84% (sangat valid). Kepraktisan media diperoleh dari angket respon guru dan siswa. Pada hasil angket respon guru menunjukkan persentase sebesar 92% (sangat praktis), sedangkan hasil angket respon siswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 98% (sangat praktis). Hasil efektivitas media diperoleh dari respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 84,3% sehingga media Big Book dinyatakan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Big Book untuk keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas.

This development research aims to develop Big Book learning media for narrative writing skills. The type of research used is the ADDIE model development research which goes through five stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection was carried out using validation techniques and questionnaires. The validity of the Big Book media was obtained through the validation results of material experts and media experts. Material expert validation results get a percentage of 92% (very valid). While the results of the validation of media experts get a percentage of 84% (very valid). The practicality of the media was obtained from teacher and student response questionnaires. The results of the teacher's response questionnaire showed a percentage of 92% (very practical), while the results of the student response questionnaire showed a percentage of 98% (very practical). The results of the effectiveness of the media were obtained from students' responses to the learning media used which obtained a percentage of 84.3% so that the Big Book media was declared effective. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Big Book media for narrative writing skills for fourth grade elementary school students is valid, practical, and effective for use in classroom learning.
