PERANCANGAN SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES MELALUI KONTEN INSTAGRAM BUSINESS LEARNING CENTER INCUBATOR
DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES THROUGH INSTAGRAM BUSINESS LEARNING CENTER INCUBATOR CONTENT
Perkembangan teknologi terhadap penggunaan media social Instagram memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaku usaha, namun belum semua pelaku usaha yang mampu mengoptimalkan Instagram dalam mempromosikan produknya. Inkubator bisnis hadir sebagai, solusi bagi pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan bisnis, Inkubator bisnis adalah program yang bertujuan mendukung usaha baru dalam fase awal pengembangan usaha. BLC Incubator merupakan inkubator bisnis salah satu mitra inkubasi yang beroperasi di daerah Tulungagung, namun BLC Incubator memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola akun media sosial Instagram, sehingga perlu adanya perancangan social media guideline yang dapat menjadi panduan dalam merancang desain konten Instagram BLC Incubator.
Tujuan perancangan ini adalah menyusun konsep, mendeskripsikan proses, dan menghasilkan produk perancangan berupa social media guideline yang menjadi panduan dalam merancang desain konten Instagram BLC Incubator, social media guideline ini berisikan panduan penggunaan aset grafis yang dibutuhkan dalam merancang desain konten Instagram BLC Incubator, Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan metode perancangan design thinking oleh Gavin Ambrose dan Paul Harris. Tahapan perancangan visual melibatkan perancangan desain, validasi kelayakan media dan materi, serta uji coba. Hasil uji coba dan validasi oleh para ahli menunjukkan bahwa social media guideline ini layak dengan nilai rata rata 100%.

The advancement of technology in the use of the social media platform Instagram has had a positive impact on businesses. However, not all business entities are capable of maximizing Instagram to promote their products. Business incubators serve as a solution for entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, aiming to support new businesses in the early stages of development. BLC Incubator is a business incubator program operating in the Tulungagung region. However, BLC Incubator faces limitations in human resources for managing Instagram accounts. Therefore, the creation of social media guidelines is essential to serve as a guide in designing Instagram content for BLC Incubator.
The objective of this design is to formulate a concept, describe the process, and produce a design product in the form of social media guidelines. These guidelines serve as a reference for designing Instagram content for BLC Incubator, providing instructions on the use of graphic assets needed in the design process. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive research, utilizing the design thinking approach by Gavin Ambrose and Paul Harris. The visual design process involves designing, validating the feasibility of media and materials, and conducting trials. The results of the trial and validation by experts indicate that the social media guidelines are deemed suitable with an average score of 100%.
