Pengaruh Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Produktif Terhadap Kinerja Prakerin Siswa DPIB SMKN 7 Surabaya
Taraf pengangguran terbuka (TPT) lulusan SMK mendominasi terbanyak, padahal SMK bertujuan mempersiapkan siswa menjadi produktif terjun bekerja di DU/DI dengan kompetensi sesuai program keahliannya. Upaya mengatasi banyaknya pengangguran lulusan SMK dengan menambah daya serap penerimaan lulusan SMK di DU/DI. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, kemampuan kinerja siswa menjadi pertimbangan DU/DI untuk memperkerjakan. Kinerja Prakerin maksimal bila didorong faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat besar pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa, kecerdasan emosional siswa, dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif ditinjau dua mata pelajaran basic DPIB dari nilai APL dan EBK secara simultan terhadap kinerja Prakerin. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, desain penelitian regresi untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh antar variabel. Populasinya siswa program keahlian DPIB SMKN 7 Surabaya, dan untuk sampel penelitian menggunakan 36 siswa kelas XII DPIB SMKN 7 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang telah melaksanakan Prakerin. Pengambilan data dengan metode angket. Analisis data: uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis berbantuan software SmartPLS versi 3. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa, kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif APL dan EBK berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Prakerin. Dibuktikan melalui analisis uji T mempunyai hasil perhitungan nilai signifikansi 0,46, dalam SmartPLS dikenal Goodness of Fit (GoF). Hasil hitung nilai Gof yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,46 berada pada taraf tinggi dalam mempengaruhi dengan rentang nilai 0,38-1,00 memiliki arti penerimaan Ha dan penolakan H0. Nilai koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) sebesar 0,626 (62,6%), berarti sebanyak 62,6% keempat variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Prakerin.
The open unemployment rate (TPT) for SMK graduates dominates the most, even though SMK aims to prepare students to be productive in working in DU/DI with competencies according to their program of expertise. Efforts to overcome the large number of unemployed vocational graduates by increasing the absorption capacity of vocational graduates in DU/DI. In this regard, student performance abilities are a consideration for DU/DI for hiring. Internship performance is maximized when driven by influencing factors. The aim of the study was to see the influence of student discipline, student emotional intelligence, and productive subject learning outcomes in terms of two DPIB basic subjects from APL and EBK scores simultaneously on Prakerin performance. The research uses a quantitative approach, a regression research design to determine the influence between variables. The population is DPIB expertise program students at SMKN 7 Surabaya, and for the research sample using 36 DPIB class XII students at SMKN 7 Surabaya for the 2021/2022 academic year who have carried out internships. Retrieval of data by questionnaire method. Data analysis: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing assisted by SmartPLS version 3 software. The study found that student discipline, emotional intelligence and learning outcomes of APL and EBK productive subjects had an effect on Prakerin performance. It is proven through the analysis of the T test that it has a calculated significance value of 0.46, in SmartPLS it is known as Goodness of Fit (GoF). The results of calculating the Gof value which shows a value of 0.46 is at a high level of influence with a value range of 0.38-1.00 which means acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. The coefficient of simultaneous determination (R2) is 0.626 (62.6%), meaning that as much as 62.6% of the four independent variables simultaneously affect the performance of Internship.
