Kajian Lokasi Gerbang Tol Salatiga Terhadap Pendapatan Warung Makan Pada Koridor Jalan Di Kota Salatiga
Study of Salatiga Toll Gate Locations on Income of Food Stalls on Road Corridors in Salatiga City
Gerbang Tol Salatiga yang beroperasi sejak tahun 2017 menyebabkan kepadatan kendaraan yang melewati jalan arteri kota Salatiga menurun sehingga pengunjung warung makan yang berada di sepanjang jalan arteri Salatiga cenderung menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Naik-turunnya omzet warung makan di sepanjang jalan arteri Salatiga 2) Tren pertambahan warung makan di sepanjang jalan arteri Salatiga.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif survey. Responden penelitian ini adalah pedagang warung makan di sepanjang jalan arteri kota Salatiga. Sampel diambil dari populasi 177 warung makan di sepanjang jalan arteri Salatiga warung makan yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Solvin sebanyak 40 warung makan. Sampel tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga koridor wilayah, koridor I adalah sepanjang Jalan Lingkar Selatan, koridor II sepanjang jalan Tingkir dimana Gerbang tol berada, dan koridor III adalah jalan arteri di pusat kota Salatiga. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah adanya gerbang tol dan kapan tahun berdirinya warung makan. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Data-data yang telah didapatkan kemudian diintepretasikan dengan tabel untuk kemudian dilakukan penjabaran dengan membandingkan data di dalam tabel antar koridor dan mengambil kesimpulan hasil penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Setelah gerbang tol Salatiga beroperasi rata-rata omzet harian warung makan di koridor I mengalami penurunan dari Rp. 660.000 menjadi Rp. 390.000, koridor II mengalami peningkatan dari Rp. 366.666 menjadi Rp. 933.333, sedangkan koridor III mengalami penurunan dari Rp. 1.100.000 menjadi Rp. 557.142. 2) Pertambahan jumlah warung makan setelah gerbang tol beroperasi adalah 50% di koridor I, 70% di koridor II dan 25% di koridor III.
The Salatiga Toll Gate, which has been in operation since 2017, has lowered the density of vehicles travelling through the Salatiga city arterial road, resulting in a fall in the number of visitors to food booths along the arterial road. The goal of this study was to determine: 1) the increase in turnover of food stalls along the Salatiga arterial road; and 2) the increase in turnover of food stalls along the Salatiga arterial road. 2) The growing number of food vendors along Salatiga's major road.
This study is based on a quantitative survey. The responders to this study are food stall owners along Salatiga's main thoroughfare. The sample was taken from a population of 177 food booths along the Salatiga arterial road, with as many as 40 food courts computed using the Solvin formula. The sample is divided into three regional corridors: corridor I runs parallel to the South Ring Route, corridor II runs parallel to Jalan Tingkir, where the toll gate is located, and corridor III runs parallel to an arterial road in Salatiga. Interview techniques are used to acquire data on revenue before and after the toll gate, as well as when the food booths were established. The quantitative descriptive technique was employed in the data analysis. The data is then interpreted using tables, and the results of the study are then translated by comparing the data in the tables between corridors and taking inferences from the results.
The results showed that 1) After the Salatiga toll gate operated the average daily turnover of food stalls in corridor I decreased from Rp. 660,000 to Rp. 390,000, Corridor II has increased from Rp. 366,666 to Rp. 933,333, while corridor III decreased from Rp. 1,100,000 to Rp. 557,142. 2) The increase in the number of food stalls after the toll gate operates is 50% in corridor I, 70% in corridor II and 25% in corridor III.
