Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui relasi kuasa civitas sekolah dan siswa melalui CCTV dilingkungan  sekolah. CCTV merupakan bagian dari perkembangan  teknologi yang membantu pekerjaan manusia.  Salah  satunya adalah    dalam hal pengawasan di lingkungan sekolah.  Penggunaan CCTV di lingkungan sekolah menimbulkan relasi kuasa antara civitas sekolah dan siswa. Kuasa timbul dari adanya wacana yang dibangun oleh civitas sekolah. Diwujudkan dalam bentuk  statement  yang berkembang di lingkungan sekolah. Lokasi penelitian  ini berada di SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro  . Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis perspektif teori post modern milik Michael Foucault. Hasil temuan data dilapangan menunjukan bahwa adanya diskursus pada civitas sekolah dan siswa.  Diantaranya  CCTV  jarang di periksa, rekaman CCTV bertahan tiga hari, guru masih dianggap pengawas utama.  Statement  ini berdasarkan dari pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh civitas sekolah dan siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan CCTV tidak memberikan efek pengawasan yang optimal pada siswa.  Hal  tersebut dikarenakan sanksi yang diterima siswa dari adanya CCTV tidak di  peroleh secara langsung.  Civitas sekolah belum melakukan pengawasan karena tata tertib sekolah belum tertera mengenai CCTV. Diharapkan  sekolah dapat mengoptimalkan  fungsi CCTV dengan melakukan pengawasan secara intensive.

This study aims to determine the power relations of the school community and students through CCTV in the school environment. CCTV is a part of technological developments that help human work. One of them is in terms of supervision in the school environment. The use of CCTV in the school environment creates a power relationship between the school community and students. Power arises from the discourse built by the school community. Manifested in the form of statements that develop in the school environment. The location of this study is in SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro choose This study uses a qualitative approach with using a perspective analysis of Michael Foucault's post modern theory. Results data findings in the field indicate that there is a discourse in the school community and students. Among CCTV rarely checked, CCTV recordings lasted three day, the teacher is still considered the main supervisor. This statement is based on the experience and knowledge possessed by the school community and students. Based on research conducted by CCTV does not give effect optimal supervision of students. That is because of the sanctions students received from CCTV were not obtained directly. Civitas the school has not conducted supervision because the school rules are not yet listed regarding CCTV. It is hoped that schools can optimize the function of CCTV by conducting intensive supervision.
