ONLINE GAMBLING PRACTICES IN PEJAMBON VILLAGE SUMBERREJO BOJONEGORO

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan perkembangan internet telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor. Salah satu perubahan ini terlihat dalam perilaku menyimpang yang semakin meningkat, terutama dalam permainan judi online jenis slot Higgs Domino Island. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi) serta tiga tahapan analisis data (reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data). Subjek dan informan penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia produktif (20-45 tahun) di Desa Pejambon Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. Hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa judi online ini berdampak negatif bagi pelakunya, seperti kecanduan, kerugian finansial, gangguan kesehatan mental, kerusakan hubungan keluarga dan sosial, serta meningkatnya tindakan kriminalitas. Berdasar teori Bourdieu, perilaku tersebut dikategorikan sebagai penyimpangan sosial karena terdapat norma-norma agama dan nilai-nilai sosial yang dilanggar oleh pelaku dan terjadi karena adanya habitus, modal dan lapangan. Modal sosial yang mestinya berdaya dalam peran positif ternyata dalam hal ini lebih dominan sisi negatifnya. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesadaran untuk memberikan perhatian serius terhadap permainan judi online slot Higgs Domino Island.

The advancement of science and the development of the internet have brought significant changes in various sectors. One of these changes is seen in the increasing deviant behavior, especially in the Higgs Domino Island slot game. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with three data collection techniques (observation, interview, and documentation) and three stages of data analysis (data reduction, presentation, and verification). The subjects and informants of this study were people of productive age (20-45 years) in Pejambon Sumberrejo Village, Bojonegoro. As a result, it was found that online gambling has a negative impact on the perpetrators, such as addiction, financial loss, mental health disorders, damage to family and social relationships, and increased crime. Based on Bourdieu's theory, this behavior is categorized as social deviation because there are religious norms and social values that are violated by the perpetrator and occur because of habitus, capital and field. Social capital that should be empowered in a positive role turns out to be more dominant on the negative side. The results of this study are expected to be a source of education and socialization to the public about the importance of awareness to pay serious attention to the Higgs Domino Island slot online gambling game.
