Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh minat terhadap perilaku wirausaha peserta didik SMKN Dander melalui Project Based Learning; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap perilaku wirausaha peserta didik SMKN Dander melalui Project Based Learning; dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh minat dan motivasi terhadap perilaku wirausaha peserta didik SMKN Dander melalui Project Based Learning.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan expost facto pada kelas XI SMKN Dander dengan proportional stratified random sampling sebanyak 151 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.
Hasil penelitian diuji dengan prosedur bootstrapping, (1) Minat (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku wirausaha (Y), dengan nilai koefisien (kolom Original Sample) = 0.452, dan signifikan, dengan T-Statistics = 3.939 dan P-Values = 0.000. (2) Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku wirausaha (Y), dengan nilai koefisien (kolom Original Sample) = 0.425, dan signifikan, dengan T-Statistics = 3.603 dan P-Values = 0.000. (3) Nilai R-Squares = 0.605, yang artinya Minat (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) mampu menjelaskan atau mempengaruhi Perilaku wirausaha (Y) sebesar 60%, sisanya sebesar 40% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor yang lain. Dan menggunakan nilai Q-Squares = 0.343, yang berarti Minat (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) secara bersama-sama atau simultan memiliki relevansi prediksi terhadap Perilaku wirausaha (Y). Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan ke sekolah besar pusat keunggulan dan juga menggunakan variabel moderator untuk memperkuat variabel endogen.

This research aims to (1) analyze the influence of interest on the entrepreneurial behavior of Dander Vocational School students through Project Based Learning; (2) analyzing the influence of motivation on the entrepreneurial behavior of Dander Vocational School students through Project Based Learning; and (3) analyzing the influence of interest and motivation on the entrepreneurial behavior of Dander Vocational School students through Project Based Learning.
This research is a quantitative research with ex post facto in class XI of SMKN Dander with proportional stratified random sampling of 151 students. Data collection technique is a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been validated by experts. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS version 4.
Results of the study were tested using the bootstrapping procedure, (1) Interest (X1) has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Behavior (Y), with a coefficient value (Original Sample column) = 0.452, and significant, with T-Statistics = 3.939 and P-Values = 0.000. (2) Motivation (X2) has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Behavior (Y), with a coefficient value (Original Sample column) = 0.425, and significant, with T-Statistics = 3.603 and P-Values = 0.000. (3) R-Squares value = 0.605, which means that Interest (X1) and Motivation (X2) are able to explain or influence Entrepreneurial Behavior (Y) by 60%, the remaining 40% is explained by other factors. And using the Q-Squares value = 0.343, which means that Interest (X1) and Motivation (X2) together or simultaneously have predictive relevance to Entrepreneurial Behavior (Y). For further research, it is recommended to large schools of excellence centers and also use moderator variables to strengthen endogenous variables.
