This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome the obstacles of the GSS program to shape clean and healthy living behavior. This research used a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in two schools assisted by Kemendikbudristek, namely at SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan Gresik and at SMKN 1 Sarirejo Lamongan. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out through condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be obtained: 1) The implementation of the GSS program in each school has a variety of innovative activities; 2) Supporting factors of the GSS program include effective communication during socialization and leadership motivation, adequate resources, good commitment from school community, and good understanding of SOP; 3) inhibiting factors of the GSS program include the delivery of less comprehensive information, inadequate infrastructure and financial resources, poor commitment of students, and not having SOPs in each activity at school; 4) solutions to overcome obstacles, namely conducting socialization consistently, utilizing existing resources optimally and arranging activities that do not require money, involving students in various activities, and increasing evaluation.
