Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi pedagogic dan motivasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di Sub Rayon 1 Magetan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori expost facto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru di SMPN Kabupaten Magetan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 guru sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 91guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis Penelitian.
Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kompetensi Pedagogik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sub Rayon 1 Magetan. Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sub Rayon 1 Magetan. Variabel Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sub Rayon 1 Magetan.

This study aims to investigate and analyze how pedagogical competence and motivation jointly influence teacher performance in Sub-District 1, Magetan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and falls under the category of ex-post facto research. The subjects of this study are teachers from junior high schools in Magetan Regency. The population for this study consists of 118 teachers, with a sample size of 91 teachers. Data collection methods include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques employed include descriptive analysis, instrument validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The research findings indicate that the Pedagogical Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in Sub-District 1, Magetan. The Motivation variable also has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in Sub-District 1, Magetan. Pedagogical Competence and Motivation variables together have a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance in Sub-District 1, Magetan.
