Implementation Application Damaged Road Self Report (Jalak Loewe) Unit Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Province Jawa Timur

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur membuat sebuah inovasi pelayanan publik pengaduan jalan rusak yaitu aplikasi Jalan Rusak Lapor Dewe (Jalak Loewe). Pada implementasi aplikasi ini mengalami beberapa permasalahan yaitu masyarakat yang mengeluhkan terkait aplikasi yang error saat login, belum ada informasi terkait jalan kewenangan provinsi dan sosialisasi yang dinilai masih kurang. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melaksanakan penelitian dengan judul implementasi aplikasi Jalan Rusak Lapor Dewe (Jalak Loewe) unit Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan teori elemen pengembangan e-government menurut Indrajit yang terdiri dari tiga indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi aplikasi Jalan Rusak Lapor Dewe (Jalak Loewe) belum maksimal atau sesuai harapan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah 1) Diharapkan dapat menambahkan menu informasi jalan kewenangan provinsi 2) Diharapkan dapat memberikan sosialisasi melalui sosial media yang lain 3) Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan anggaran untuk memperbaiki sistem aplikasi 4) Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan respon pegawai.

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Province Jawa Timur create an innovative public service for complaints about damaged roads, namely an application Damaged Road Self Report (Jalak Loewe). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research uses the theory of e-government development elements according to Indrajit which consists of three indicators. The research results show that application implementation Damaged Road Self Report (Jalak Loewe) not optimal or as expected. Based on the results of the research, the suggestions that researchers can give are 1) It is hoped that they can add information menus for provincial authority roads 2) It is hoped that they can provide outreach through other social media 3) It is hoped that they can increase the budget to improve the application system 4) It is hoped that they can increase employee response
