This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the religiosity-based Strengthening Character Education (PPK) policy at SMK Negeri 1 Duduksampeyan Gresik. Using a qualitative approach of instrumental case study type, this research describes and explains the policy of strengthening religiosity character education. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies of principals, teachers, students, and parents. The results show that the PPK religiosity policy is supported by a strong school vision-mission foundation, adequate worship infrastructure, a structured implementation team, and a budget from BOS, BPOPP and community participation. Policy implementation is carried out systematically through routine activities such as dhuha and dzuhur prayers in congregation, Al-Qur'an tadarus, istighosah, and integration of religious values into learning and social activities. Students' active participation and teachers' exemplary behaviour are key success factors. The real impact of this policy can be seen in the changes in students' religious behaviour, increased discipline, good manners, and the creation of a harmonious and spiritual school culture. Although there are challenges such as fluctuating student motivation and the influence of the outside environment, persuasive approaches and effective communication with parents can overcome them. This study concludes that the PPK religiosity policy at SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan is effective and can be a model for other schools that want to build religious characters contextually and sustainably.
