Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dengan menerapkan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media PhET Simulations untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Perangkat pembelajaran dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Rancangan uji coba menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design pada 3 kelas dengan masing-masing 30 siswa di SMA Wachid Hasyim 2 Taman dan SMAN 1 Dukun. Data hasil penelitian meliputi: (1) validitas perangkat pembelajaran meliputi silabus, RPP, Buku Ajar Siswa, LKS, dan tes hasil belajar dengan hasil penilaian dari validator berkategori valid. (2) kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik. (3) keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran meliputi hasil belajar pengetahuan siswa mengalami peningkatan, hasil belajar keterampilan siswa berkategori baik, dan respon siswa positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media PhET Simulations. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
This research is aimed to produce a valid, practical and effective physics learning device by applying guided inquiry models assisted by PhET Simulations to improve student learning outcomes. Learning device are developed using the ADDIE development model. The trial design used one group pretest-posttest design on 3 class with 30 students of Wachid Hasyim 2 Taman High School and Dukun High School 1. The research data include: (1) the validity of the learning device including syllabus, lesson plans, student textbooks, student worksheets, and learning achievement tests with the results of the validator's category validation. (2) the practicality of the learning device which includes the implementation of lesson plans are categorized as good. (3) the effectiveness of the learning device includes increased student cognitive learning outcomes, students' psychomotor learning outcomes are categorized as good, and positive student responses to learning with guided inquiry models assisted by the PhET Simulations media. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the learning device developed is feasible to use to improve student learning outcomes
