Analisis Pengaruh Training Terhadap Employee Performance Melalui Employee Retention Pada Pegawai PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Kertowono

PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII merupakan salah satu badan usaha milik negara terbesar di Indonesia, memproduksi berbagai produk agribisnis seperti teh, kopi, coklat, kayu, karet, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Retensi Pegawai pada pegawai kantor induk dan kantor afdheling puring PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Kertowono, menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 67 pegawai sebagai responden dan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Variabel Training terhadap Retensi Pegawai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pula. Variabel Retensi Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai tidak  memiliki pengaruh positif. Kemudian, variabel Retensi Pegawai tidak dapat memediasi Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Kertowono is a one of the biggest state owned enterprise in Indonesia, producing various agribusiness product such as tea, coffee, cacao, woods, rubber, and many more. This research purposes to explain impact of Training on Employee Performance through Employee Retention at the main office and afdheling puring employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Kertowono, using quantitative research, and saturated sampling technique with a total of 67 employees as respondents and processed by using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. Results of study revealed that Training has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Training variable on Employee Retention has postive and significant effect as well. Employee Retention variable on Employee performance did not have positive effect. Then, Employee Retention variable cannot mediate Training on Employee Performance.
