SCHOOL STRATEGIES IN STRENGTHENING RELIGIOUS VALUES IN PANDEMIC
COVID-19 AT AL-ISLAM KRIAN HIGH SCHOOL
Nilai-nilai religius sangat penting bagi peserta didik sebagai rambu dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan global dan terhindar dari perilaku buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dan hambatan sekolah dalam melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai religius peserta didik pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Al-Islam Krian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling yakni Kepala Sekolah, guru PAI, guru PPKn, dan guru BK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi sekolah dalam melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai religius peserta didik dilakukan dengan pembiasaan ketertiban, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, pemberian pengetahuan agama dan perilaku baik, serta pemberian contoh nyata atau teladan. Hambatan yang dialami sekolah yaitu sifat abai orang tua peserta didik, tidak terkontrolnya penggunaan media sosial peserta didik oleh sekolah, dan sifat peserta didik itu sendiri. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teori behaviorisme Ivan Pavlov yaitu adanya pembiasaan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan disertai dengan adanya penguatan yang dilakukan sekolah, dapat menghasilkan perilaku peserta didik yang memiliki nilai-nilai religius dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan dan sesama manusia, yang dapat ditunjukkan dengan menurunnya perilaku buruk peserta didik di sekolah.

Religious values are very important for students as signs in facing the challenges of global life and avoiding bad behavior. This study aims to describe school strategies and barriers in strengthening the religious values of students during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Islam Krian High School. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study were determined based on the purposive sampling technique, namely the principal, PAI teachers, PPKn teachers, and BK teachers. The results of the study show that the school's strategy in strengthening the religious values of students is carried out by habituation of order, religious activities, extracurricular activities, giving religious knowledge and good behavior, as well as providing real examples or examples. The obstacles experienced by the school are the ignorance of students' parents, the uncontrolled use of students' social media by the school, and the nature of the students themselves. This study was analyzed using Ivan Pavlov's theory of behaviorism, namely the habituation of activities that are carried out repeatedly and accompanied by reinforcement by the school, can result in the behavior of students who have religious values in their relationship with God and fellow human beings, which can be shown by decrease the bad behavior of students at school.
