MANAJEMEN LEMBAGA KURSUS DAN PELATIHAN (LKP) PRADAPA LOKA BHAKTI di KABUPATEN PACITAN
MANAGEMENT OF THE PRADAPA LOKA BHAKTI COURSE AND TRAINING INSTITUTION (LKP) IN PACITAN REGENCY
Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Pradapa Loka Bhakti di Kabupaten Pacitan merupakan lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang bergerak di bidang seni budaya, khususnya pelatihan seni tari dan musik. Berdiri sejak tahun 1975, lembaga ini memiliki keunikan karena berlokasi di pelosok desa kawasan hutan serta menerapkan iuran latihan yang sangat terjangkau. Meskipun menghadapi keterbatasan geografis dan anggaran, LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti secara konsisten menyelenggarakan event seni berskala nasional dan menghadirkan seniman dari dalam maupun luar negeri tanpa berorientasi pada keuntungan. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan manajemen lembaga yang efektif untuk mendukung keberlangsungan kegiatan seni. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan fungsi manajemen di LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti serta memberikan kontribusi literatur dalam bidang manajemen lembaga kursus dan pelatihan seni.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan objek penelitian manajemen LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti yang meliputi fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan validitas data melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Subjek penelitian meliputi pimpinan lembaga, bendahara, dan instruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti menerapkan fungsi manajemen secara sederhana namun efektif, sehingga mampu menyelenggarakan kegiatan seni berskala lokal, nasional, hingga internasional serta berperan dalam pelestarian seni tradisional.
Pradapa Loka Bhakti Course and Training Institute (LKP) in Pacitan Regency is a non-formal education institution engaged in arts and culture, particularly in dance and music training. Established in 1975, this institution has a unique characteristic due to its location in a remote rural area surrounded by forest and its implementation of very affordable training fees. Despite geographical limitations and minimal financial resources, LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti consistently organizes national-scale art events and invites artists from both domestic and international backgrounds without profit orientation. This condition indicates the importance of effective institutional management in sustaining art activities. Therefore, this study aims to describe the implementation of management functions at LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti and to contribute to the literature on the management of arts course and training institutions.
This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with the object of study focusing on the management of LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti, including the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The research subjects included the head of the institution, the treasurer, and instructors. The results indicate that LKP Pradapa Loka Bhakti applies management functions in a simple yet effective manner, enabling the institution to regularly conduct art activities at local, national, and international levels and to play an active role in preserving traditional arts.
