MANAJEMEN LITERASI SEKOLAH DALAM MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BACA PESERTA DIDIK DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 11 SURABAYA
Di Indonesia minat baca masyarakat masih rendah. Bukti tersebut mencerminkan pelaksanaan karakter minat baca kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu pemerintah membuat kebijakan harapannya menumbuhkan minat baca khususnya di sekolah berupa literasi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen literasi sekolah di SD Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya yang dibagi empat fokus yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan literasi sekolah dibawah naungan litbang, kurikulum dan didukung kesiswaan serta perpustakaan. Perencanaan terletak pada kunjungan perpustakaan, pojok baca, lomba literasi, pembuatan karya. Sosialisasi literasi sekolah dilakukan kepada guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua; 2) Pengorganisasian literasi sekolah melibatkan tim litbang termasuk tim literasi dan tim perpustakaan. Selain itu dibutuhkan kejasama korjen dan wali kelas. Pengorganisasian juga melibatkan pihak eksternal seperti PSM, tokoh masyarakat, Aisyiyah dan komite; 3) Implementasi literasi sekolah saat ini melakukan rutin kegiatan kunjungan perpustakaan dari senin-kamis, disusun terjadwa, dan kegiatan setiap minggu berbeda. Kegiatan literasi dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran. Kerjasama literasi dari perusahaan, pemkot, dan guru tamu. Selain itu kegiatan implementasi pada lomba literasi, mading, pelatihan guru, jurnalis, penerbitan buku; 4) Evaluasi literasi sekolah dilakukan secara berkal pada rapat mingguan dan persemester yang melibatkan seluruh staf dan guru. Evaluasi mingguan dibagi menjadi rapat besar dan rapat kecil secara terpisah.

In Indonesia, people’s interest in reading is still now. This evidence reflects the implementation of the character of reading interest is not optimal. Therefore, the government has made a policy that hopes to foster interest in reading, especially in schools in the form of school literacy. This study aims to describe school literacy management in SD Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya which is divided into four focuses, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1) School literacy planning is under the auspices of R&D, curriculum and supported by students and libraries. Planning lies in library visits, reading corners, literacy competitions, and work making. School literacy socialization is carried out to teachers, students, and parents; 2) School literacy organization involves the R&D team including the literacy team and the library team. In addition, the cooperation of the correspondent and homeroom teacher is needed. The organization also involves external parties such as choirs, community leaders, Aisyiyah and committees; 3) The implementation of school literacy currently carries out routine library visit activities from Monday to Thursday, arranged in detail, and activities every week are different. Literacy activities are carried out in three stages, namely habituation, development and learning. Literacy cooperation from companies, city governments, and guest teachers. In addition, implementation activities in literacy competitions, mading, teacher training, journalist, and book publishing; 4) School literacy evaluation is carried out periodically at weekly and semester meetings involving all staff and teachers. Weekly evaluations are divided into large meetings and small meetings separately.
