Penggunaan media pembelajaran masih belum optimal menyebabkan penyampaian materi pembeljaran kurang maksimal. Guru seharusnya dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Media yang dikembangkan yaitu video pengamatan digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran kurikulum 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan, kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan media video pengamatan (video tutorial) pada persediaan kelas XI di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Uji coba dilaksanakan dengan 15 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar telaah, lembar validasi dan angket respon siswa. Data yang diperoleh selama penelitian pengembangan media dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas isi dan tujuan sebesar 87,22% dengan kriteria sangat layak, kualitas instruksional sebesar 87,62% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan kualitas teknik sebesar 85,84% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Rata-rata presentase dari ketiga variabel sebesar 86,89% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Rata-rata presentase dari respon siswa sebesar 92,41% dengan kriteria sangat baik.

The use of learning media is still not optimal which causes the delivery of learning material to be less than optimal. The teacher should be able to use the right learning media. The developed media is that observation video (video tutorial) is used as a supporting media for 2013 curriculum learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development process, feasibility and student response to the development of learning media using observation video (video tutorial) in class XI supplies at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran.
This study uses a type of development research with the ADDIE development model. The trial was carried out with 15 students of class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Data collection techniques used study sheets, validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Data obtained during media development research were analyzed by descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive.
The results showed that the content and purpose quality was 87.22% with very feasible criteria, the instructional quality was 87.62% with very feasible criteria and engineering quality was 85.84% with very feasible criteria. The average percentage of the three variables is 86.89% with very decent criteria. The average percentage of student responses is 92.41% with very good criteria.
