Perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) tenaga pendidik salah satu unsur dalam mempersiapkan ketersediaan tenaga pendidik yang baik dan berkualitas di lembaga pendidikan karena ketersediaan tenaga pendidik mengalami perubahan yang berdampak tidak dipastikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul “ Perencanaan Tenaga Pendidik Di Lembaga Pendidikan SMP Negeri 2 Mataram”. Tujuan penelitian yaitu memperoleh deskripsi mengenai (1) analisis kebutuhan (2) pengadaan (3) pengembangan (4) pemeliharaan (5) kompensasi serta (6) evaluasi SDM tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri 2 Mataram. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi secara langsung melalui informan dan dokumen digunakan untuk memperkuat jawaban dari informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) analisis kebutuhan SDM tenaga pendidik menjadi langkah awal dan rutin dilakukan (2) pengadaan SDM tenaga pendidik dilakukan sesuia analisis kebutuhan kepada lembaga yang berwenang dengan tenggat waktu yang tidak dapat ditentukan (3) pengembangan SDM tenaga pendidik terdapat berbagai program dan layanan pemerintah yang diterapkan (4) pemeliharaan SDM tenaga pendidik sebagai support kinerja (5) penggajian SDM tenaga pendidik dengan menerapkan sistem yang berlaku secara adil sesuai kinerjanya atas musyawarah bersama (6) evaluasi SDM tenaga pendidik dilakukan untuk penyelesaian permasaalahan tenaga pendidik.
Planning human resources (HR) for teaching staff is one element in preparing the availability of good and qualified teaching staff in educational institutions because the availability of teaching staff is experiencing changes whose impact is uncertain. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title “ Planning Teaching Staff In Educational Institusions SMP Negeri 2 Mataram”. The aim of this research is to obtain a description of (1) needs analysis (2) procurement (3) development (4) maintenance (5) compensation (6) evaluation for teaching staff at SMP Negeri 2 Mataram. This research method is qualitative case study. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and document study techniques. Interview techniques are used to obtain information directly from informants and document are used ti strengthen answers from informans. The result of this research show that (1) analysis of human resource needs for teaching staff is the initial and routine step carried out (2) procurement of human resources for teaching staff is carried out according to a needs analysis to the authorized institution with an undertermined deadline (3) there are various types of human resource development for teaching staff implemented government programs and services (4) maintenance of human resources for teaching staff as performance support (5) salary of human resources for teaching staff by implementing a system that applies fairly according to their performance based on joint deliberation (6) Human recourse of teaching staff is carried out to resolve problems of teaching staff.
