Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: kelayakan bahan ajar digital dengan aplikasi flip pdf corporate edition pada materi peralatan dapur siswa fase E, Respon siswa kelas X terhadap kelayakan bahan ajar digital dengan aplikasi flip pdf corporate edition pada materi peralatan dapur siswa fase E.
Metode penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluations), namun pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan sampai tahap ke-3 yaitu development. Validasi bahan ajar digital melibatkan dua orang ahli materi dan dua orang ahli media. Objek penelitian berupa bahan ajar digital peralatan dapur. Instrument yang digunakan untuk kelayakan bahan ajar digital meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan angket untuk melihat respon siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Kelayakan bahan ajar digital sudah layak dengan nilai rata-rata 88,9%, 89,473%; termasuk kedalam interpretasi sangat layak dan Respon siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 91,62% dengan interpretasi sangat baik. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa bahan ajar digital hasil penelitian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This study aims to determine. Feasibility of digital teaching materials with flip pdf corporate edition application on food safety material for phase E students, Response class X students on digital teaching materials feasibility with flip pdf corporate edition application on kitchen equipment material for phase E students.
This research method is R&D with ADDIE development model with five stages (analysis, design, development, implementation, evalution), ,this research was carried out up to 3 rd stage, namely analysis, design, development. The digital teaching materials validation involved two material experts and two media experts. The research object is kitchen equipment material. The instruments used for the feasibility of the digital teaching materials include material expert validation sheets, media, and questionnaires to see student responses. The data analysis technique are carried out qualitatively.
The result showed: The digital teaching materials was feasible with an average value of 88,9%, 89,473%; included in very feasible interpretation and Student responses obtained an average score of 91,62% with good interpretation. This implies that the digital teaching materials research results can be used in learning.
