Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model Servant Leadership kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru sekolah dasar. Servant Leadership merupakan model kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan pelayanan dimana pemimpin lebih mengutamakan kepentingan bawahan untuk membangun komunitas kerja yang harmonis dan produktif.Kompetensi sosial guru mencakup kemampuan membangun komunikasi dan interaksi efektif dengan siswa, sesama guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, sedangkan kompetensi kepribadian mencerminkan karakter, moralitas, dan integritas guru sebagai pendidik
profesional.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei melibatkan 76 guru dari 9 sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Patianworo, Kabupaten Nganjuk.Pemilihan sampel rumus Slovin dan teknik proportional random sampling Instrumen penelitian kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang mengukur variabel Servant Leadership, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda,sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan uji t dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 27, didahului uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, dan homogenitas sebagai prasyarat analisis.
Hasil penelitian: (1) Model Servant Leadership kepala sekolah berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap kompetensi sosial guru sekolah dasar (Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05), yang berarti semakin tinggi penerapan Servant Leadership,semakin baik kemampuan guru dalam membangun komunikasi, kerja sama, dan hubungan interpersonal dengan berbagai pihak; (2)Model Servant Leadership kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru sekolah dasar (Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan berbasis pelayanan mampu membentuk pribadi guru yang berintegritas, bertanggung jawab, dewasa secara
emosional, dan konsisten dalam menjalankan tugas profesional.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Servant Leadership model of school principals on the social and personality competence of elementary school teachers. Servant Leadership is a leadership model that prioritizes service, in which leaders put the interests of their subordinates first to build a harmonious and productive work community. Teachers’ social competence includes the ability to build effective communication and interaction with students, fellow teachers, parents, and the community. Meanwhile, personality competence reflects the character, morality, and integrity of teachers as professional educators.
This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 76 teachers from nine public elementary schools in Patianworo District, Nganjuk Regency. The sample was determined using Slovin’s formula and proportional random sampling techniques. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of measuring the variables of Servant Leadership, social competence, and personality competence of teachers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques ,uji t for hipotesis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 27, preceded by tests of validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and homogeneity as prerequisites for analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The Servant Leadership model of school principals has a significant effect on the social competence of elementary school teachers (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the higher the implementation of Servant Leadership, the better the teachers’ ability to build communication, collaboration, and interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders. (2) The Servant Leadership model of school principals has a significant effect on the personality competence of elementary school teachers (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that service-based leadership practices can shape teachers’ integrity, responsibility, emotional maturity, and consistency in carrying out their professional duties.
