Pengaruh Inclusive Leadership Tehadap Employee Well Being Melalui Career Satisfaction Pada PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Inclusive Leadership terhadap Employee Well Being melalui Career Satisfaction pada karyawan PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya dengan sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dan efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inclusive Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Well Being. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa Career Satisfaction berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara Inclusive Leadership dan Employee Well Being. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan inklusif tidak hanya berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan, tetapi juga melalui peningkatan kepuasan karir karyawan

This study aims to analyze the effect of Inclusive Leadership on Employee Well Being through Career Satisfaction in employees of PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population was all employees of PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya with the sample determined using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the relationship between variables and the mediation effect. The results showed that Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Well Being. In addition, this study also proves that Career Satisfaction acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between Inclusive Leadership and Employee Well Being. This shows that inclusive leadership not only has a direct effect on employee well-being, but also through increasing employee career satisfaction.
