PENGARUH LATIHAN HURDLE HOOPING DAN NAIK TURUN
BANGKU TERHADAP TINGGI LONCATAN ATLET

THE EFFECT OF HURDLE HOOPING TRAINING AND UP AND DOWN THE BENCH ON THE JUMP HEIGHT OF PBV JAYARAYA SIDOARJO ATHLETES
Latihan plyometric merupakan bentuk latihan yang sangat cukup beraneka ragam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunakan 2 bentuk latihan plyometric yaitu hurdle hooping dan naik turun bangku. Latihan hurdle hooping dan naik turun bangku adalah salah satu bentuk latihan plyometric yang sangat tepat untuk meningkatkan daya ledak (power) pada kaki.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan hurdle hooping dan naik turun bangku terhadap tinggi loncatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain two group pretest posttest design dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang, dan jumlah sampel dibagi 2 kelompok yang masing-masing berisi 10 orang per kelompok.
Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan program statistik SPSS 30. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sampel t-test kelompok hurdle hooping menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,001 <0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan untuk naik turun bangku nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,001 itu menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikan p 0,001 <0,05, yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan hurdle hooping dan naik turun bangku terhadap tinggi loncatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan hurdle hooping dan naik turun bangku sangat signifikan untuk meningkatkan tinggi loncatan.

Plyometric exercise is a very diverse form of exercise. In this study, researchers only used 2 forms of plyometric exercise, namely hurdle hooping and up and down the bench. Hurdle hooping and up and down bench exercises are one form of plyometric exercise that is very appropriate for increasing explosive power (power) in the legs.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hurdle hooping and up and down bench training on jumping height. This study used a quantitative method with a two group pretest posttest design with a sample size of 20 people, and the sample size was divided into 2 groups, each containing 10 people per group.
Based on the results of the paired sample t-test of the hurdle hooping group, it shows that the significant value of p is 0.001 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect. While for up and down the bench the significant value of p is 0.001 it states that the significant value of p is 0.001 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect. And the results showed that there was a significant effect of hurdle hooping training and up and down the bench on stepping height. So it can be concluded that hurdle hooping and up and down bench exercises are very significant to increase jumping height.
