This study aims to analyze planning, structuring, implementation and the result of physical education online learning program in Grade 4th – 6th Student’s of Betro Primary School, Sedati – Sidoarjo using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Subjects were head of school, classroom teachers, physical education teachers, and students of 4th – 6th grade in Betro Primary School, Sedati – Sidoarjo. The Collecting data used interview, questionnaires, and documentation, while in analyzing data used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed : (1) the program planning aspect showed online learning relevances with the 2013 curriculum and SE Kemendikbud No. 15 Tahun 2020 indicators in a very good category standard; (2) the program structuring aspect showed education teacher background and student involvement, facilities and infrastructure of physical education indicators in a very good category standards; (3) the program implementation aspect showed the preparation and implementation of physical education learning indicators in a very good category standards; and (4) the program result showed intrinsic and extrinsic factors of motivation in a very high category standard and student learning achievement what a show of understanding levels pass the minimum passing grade. The conclusion of Online-Based Physical Education Learning Evaluation while in analyzing data used quantitative descriptive analysis with CIPP method is very good.
