Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar non cetak yaitu bahan ajar elektronik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI Program Studi Peminatan Ilmu Sosial di MA Al Hayatul Islamiyah pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi perpajakan. Bahan ajar elektronik dirancang menggunakan aplikasi kvisoft flip book maker.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap mengikuti rancangan 4-D model dari Thiagarajan (1974) yang terdiri dari define, design dan development. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dikelas dengan desain one grup pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI 1 Program Studi Peminatan Ilmu Sosial MA Al Hayatul Islamiyah yang terdiri dari 28 peserta didik. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: hasil uji validasi bahan ajar dinyatakan valid atau layak diterapkan dilapangan dengan nilai rata-rata validator dari empat komponen yang dinilai adalah 0,81. Efektivitas dari penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik yang diukur dengan tiga kategori yang terdiri dari (I) keterlaksaan pembelajaran baik, nilai rata- rata observasi keterlaksaan pembelajaran oleh 2 orang observer sebesar 95,32%, sehingga dapat simpulkan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik. (II) Peserta didik aktif dalam pembelajaran, nilai rata-rata pengamatan keseluruhan aktifitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan bahan ajar eleketronik yang telah dikembangkang sebesar 95,5 %, sehingga dapat disimpulkan peserta didik aktif dalam pembelajaran. (III) Hasil belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan bahan ajar elektronik meningkat, hasil rata-rata nilai sebelum pembelajaran 10,57 dan sesudah pembelajaran 81, 71. Hasil t- uji paired sampel t tes didapati nilai sig.(2-tailed) adalah 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah didapat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan dengan aplikasi kvisoft flip book maker layak diterapkan dilapangan dan juga efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

This study aims to develop non-print teaching materials, namely electronic teaching materials to improve learning outcomes of students in class XI in Social Sciences Specialization at MA Al Hayatul Islamiyah in material taxation economic subjects. Electronic teaching materials are designed using the kvisoft flip book maker application.
This research was conducted in three stages following the 4-D model design from Thiagarajan (1974) which consisted of define, design and development. Implementation of learning in class with the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were students in class XI 1 of the MA Al Hayatul Islamiyah Social Sciences Specialization Study Program consisting of 28 students. The results of the research data are obtained as follows: the results of the validation test of teaching materials are declared valid or feasible to be applied in the field with the average value of the validators of the four components assessed being 0.81. The effectiveness of the use of electronic teaching materials as measured by three categories consisting of (I) good learner learning, the average value of learning allegations by 2 observers is 95.32%, so that it can conclude that the learning is well implemented. (II) Students are active in learning, the average value of the overall observation of the activities of students in learning using electronic learning materials that have been developed by 95.5%, so that it can be concluded that students are active in learning. (III) Learning outcomes of students after using electronic teaching materials increased, the results of the average value before learning 10.57 and after learning 81, 71. The results of the paired sample t-test t test found the value of sig. (2-tailed) was 0,000 which means that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes..
Based on the analysis of the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that electronic teaching materials developed with the kvisoft flip book maker application are feasible to be applied in the field and also effectively improve the learning outcomes of students.
