Development of HOTS Assessment Instruments Automation Subjects Governance Facilities and Infrastructure
Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian HOTS, di mana di dalamnya terdapat proses pengembangan instrumen penilaian HOTS, dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan high level thinking peserta didik yang diukur berdasarkan pengerjaan instrumen penilaian HOTS. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 peserta didik kelas XI OTKP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D, model pengembangan diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Sugiyono yang dimodifikasi menjadi 7 langkah, yang terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan instrumen penilaian HOTS terdiri dari tahap potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Kualitas instrumen penilaian HOTS berdasarkan validasi materi, validasi evaluasi, dan validasi bahasa mendapat nilai dengan rata-rata 96% yang artinya memiliki kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan uji kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi iteman terdapat 25 butir soal valid dan distraktor berfungsi baik dari jumlah keseluruhan 30 butir soal. Keterampilan high level thinking peserta didik memiliki nilai rata-rata 63 dengan kategori cukup.

Abstract:
This study aims to develop a HOTS assessment instrument, in which there is a process of developing the HOTS assessment instrument, and describes students' high level thinking skills as measured by working on the HOTS assessment instrument. The research subjects were 34 students of class XI OTKP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. This research is a type of R&D research, the development model is adapted from Sugiyono's development model which is modified into 7 steps, consisting of potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The results showed that the HOTS assessment instrument development process consisted of potential and problem stages, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The quality of the HOTS assessment instrument based on material validation, evaluation validation, and language validation scored an average of 96% which means that it has a very feasible category. Based on the quantitative test using the Iteman application, there are 25 valid items and the distractor is functioning well out of a total of 30 items. The high level thinking skills of students have an average score of 63 in the sufficient category.
