PENGEMBANGAN MODIFIKASI “CAREER CARD GAME” SEBAGAI MEDIA PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KARIER PESERTA DIDIK
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model Borg and Gall yang diselesaikan sampai pada tahap kelima. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuat career card game sebagai media pengambilan keputusan karier peserta didik yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yaitu meliputi kegunaan, kelayakan, kepatutan, dan ketepatan. Media career card game yang dibuat memiliki 4 elemen utama yaitu kartu challenge, kartu refleksi, parking lot, dan buku panduan. Hasil dari analisis data secara kuantitatif oleh ahli materi mendapat rata-rata penilaian sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi, perolehan hasil oleh ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 73% dengan kategori baik, tidak perlu revisi, sementara perolehan hasil validasi oleh calon pengguna mendapatkan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian secara kuantitatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa media career card game telah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas.

This research is a type of development research that uses the Borg and Gall model which is completed up to the fifth stage. This development research was conducted with the aim of making a career card game as a media for making career decisions for students who meet the acceptability criteria, which include usefulness, feasibility, appropriateness, and accuracy and help students in making career decisions. The career card game media created has 4 main elements, namely challenge cards, reflection cards, parking lots, and guidebooks. The results of quantitative data analysis by material experts received an average assessment of 98% with an excellent category, no need for revision, the acquisition of results by media experts received an average assessment of 73% with a good category, no need for revision, while the acquisition of validation results by prospective users received an average assessment of 98% with an excellent category, no need for revision. Based on the quantitative assessment results, it can be concluded that the career card game media has met the acceptability criteria.
