TINGKAT KEPUASAN PESERTA TERHADAP PENYELENGGARAAN FESTIVAL SEPAKBOLA USIA DINI PIALA BUPATI BANGKALAN I

THE LEVEL OF PARTICIPANTS SATISFACTION TOWARD THE PRIVATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL FESTIVAL OF BANGKALAN I

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk  megetahui tingkat kepuasaan peserta tehadap penyelenggaran festival sepakbola usia dini piala Bupati Bangkalan I dan hasil penelitian ini nantinya dapat dijadikan sebuah model penyelenggaran suatu turnamen. Jenis dan desain dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan  sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purvposive sampling dengan pertimbangan dan penentuan sebanyak 13 responden. Untuk  instumen utama penelitian ini yakni angket tertutup dengan pedoman dari Zeihaml, Berry, Parasuraman (dalam Tjiptono,  2001:27). Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan festival sepakbola usia dini piala Bupati Bangkalan I digunakan skala likert.

Hasil perhitungan manual berdasarkan dimensi kualitasnya yaitu untuk dimensi bukti langsung (tangibles) yaitu sebesar 80,4% yang berarti berada pada kategori krtiteria memuaskan, dimensi empati (empathy) yaitu sebesar 78,9% yang berarti berada pada kategori kriteria memuaskan, dimensi keandalan (realibity) yaitu sebesar 83,1% yang berarti berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan, dimensi ketanggapan (responsiviness) sebesar 81,1% yang berarti mempunyai kriteria sangat memuaskan, dimensi kepastian (asurance) sebesar 82% yang berarti berada pada kategori kriteria sangat memuaskan. Untuk dimensi tingkat kepuasaan peserta terbesar adalah dimensi keandalan (realibity) yaitu sebesar 83,1% sedangkan tingkat kepuasaan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan festival sepakbola usia dini piala Bupati Bangkalan I sangat memuaskan, karena melihat pengisian angket oleh responden dari peserta festival sepakbola usia dini piala Bupati Bangkalan I sangat memuaskan dan  memuaskan. Sehingga presentase rata-rata keseluruhan item petanyaan yaitu sebesar  81,1% yang berarti berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan.

         The purpose of this study is to determine the level of
satisfaction of the participants in organizing the Bangkalan I trophy early
childhood football festival and the results of this study can later be used as
a model for organizing a tournament. The type and design in this research is
technique with consideration and determination of 13 respondents. For the main
descriptive quantitative, sampling in this study using purposive sampling
