Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1), Budaya (X2) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X3) Terhadap Implementasi Total Quality Management (Y) di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama.
Penelitian yang berpendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden terkait. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya sejumlah 131 orang. Hasil penelitian pada analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam kategori baik dengan porsentase penilaian 66,6% dari nilai maksimal 100% (2) Budaya Organisasi dalam kategori baik dengan porsentase penilaian 70,58% dari nilai maksimal 100% (3) Komitmen organisasi dalam kategori baik dengan persentase penilaian 91,6% dari nilai maksimal 100% (4) Implementasi Total Quality Management dengan persentase penilaian baik 66,6% dari nilai maksimal 100%. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya dan Komitmen Organisasi berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap Implementasi Total Quality Management dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.834 dan memberikan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 69,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30.4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Total Quality Management didukung oleh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah yang baik, Budaya Organisasi yang suportif dan Komitmen Organisasi para guru yang kuat.

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of Principal Leadership (X1), Culture (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) on the Implementation of Total Quality Management (Y) in SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya both partially and simultaneously.
This quantitative study uses a collecting data methode through distributing questionnaires to related respondents. The population of the study are all of teachers at SMK 1 Surabaya, 131 people. The results of the study on descriptive analysis shows that: (1) Principal leadership is in a good category with a valuation percentage 66.6% from the maximum value 100% (2) Organizational culture is in a good category with a valuation percentage 70.58% from the maximum value 100% (3) Organizational commitment in good category with a valuation percentage 91.6% from the maximum value 100% (4) Implementation of Total Quality Management is in a good condition with a valuation percentage 66.6% from the maximum value 100%. The results of the correlation analysis show that principal leadership, culture, and organizational commitment are positively and significantly correlated with the Implementation of Total Quality Management with a correlation coefficient of 0.834 and contribute influence of 69.6% while the remaining 30.4% is influenced by other variables that not included in the research model.
According to data analysis result, it can be concluded that the successful implementation of Total Quality Management is supported by good principal leadership, supportive organizational culture, and strong organizational commitment of teachers.
