PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI MELALUI SELF EFFICACY
Hasil belajar merupakan tolak ukur penting untuk menilai keberhasilan peserta didik dalam menguasai mata pelajaran ekonomi yang membutuhkan pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi, sedangkan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Selain itu, motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap self efficacy. Self efficacy juga terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Temuan ini menunjukkan self efficacy berperan signifikan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi, serta antara lingkungan belajar dan hasil belajar ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan self efficacy untuk meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik.

Learning outcomes are an important benchmark for assessing students' success in mastering economics subjects that require conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation and the learning environment on economics learning outcomes through self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The research approach used a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS software. The results showed that learning motivation did not have a significant influence on economics learning outcomes, while the learning environment had a significant positive effect on economics learning outcomes. In addition, learning motivation and the learning environment each had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy was also shown to have a significant positive effect on economics learning outcomes. These findings indicate that self-efficacy plays a significant role as a mediating variable in the relationship between learning motivation and economics learning outcomes, as well as between the learning environment and economics learning outcomes. The results of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening self-efficacy to improve students' achievement of economics learning outcomes.
