PROFIL KONDISI FISIK DAN PRESTASI PADAPORPROV CABOR SENAM KABUPATEN GRESIK

PROFILE OF PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND ACHIEVEMENT IN THE GRESIK DISTRICT SENAM SPORT PROFILE

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik pada atlet artistik  Kabupaten Gresik. 2). Untuk mengetahui hasil perolehan medali KONI Kabupaten Gresik pada kejuaraan PORPROV JATIM 2022 cabang olahraga senam . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif ex post facto populasi yang digunakan adalah kualitas dan karateristik tertentu untuk dipelajari dan ditarik kesimpulannya, populasi ini dalam penelitian yaitu atlet cabor senam Kabupaten Gresik dengan total seluruh atlet 3 orang atlet artistik putra KONI PORPROV Kabupaten Gresik 

Hasil dari analisas tentang kondisi fisik atlet senam  KONI Kabupaten Gresik pada tahun 2022, analisis ini dilakukan setelah data terkumpul. Data tes berupa hasil tes kondisi fisik atlet senam  yang berkompetisi di PORPROV 2022. Dari data diperoleh simpulan :

1). Terdapat perbedaan antara kondisi fisik atlet senam KONI Kabupaten Gresik pada bulan Januari dan bulan Mei, dimana kondisi atlet fisik atlet senam  KONI Kabupaten Gresik pada bulan Januari lebih baik dibandingkan bulan mei wakti menjelang pertandingan yang lebih memfokuskan pada latihan teknik

2). Berdasarkan perolehan mendali KONI Kabupaten Gresik pada kejuaraan PORPROV JATIM 2022 cabang olahraga senam, prestasi bukan hanya mempengaruhi kondisi fisik saja melainkan faktor mental, taktik, teknik yang sangat berpengaruh pada atlet senam.

The aims of this research are: 1). To find out the profile of the physical condition of the  athletes of Gresik Regency. 2). To find out the medal results of the Gresik Regency KONI in the 2022 East Java PORPROV championship in the  gymnastics branch.This study uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive ex post facto approach method. The population used is quality and certain characteristics to be studied and conclusions drawn. This population in the study was Gresik Regency gymnastics athletes with a total of 3 male artistic athletes KONI PORPROV Gresik Regency.

The results of the analysis of the physical condition of the  gymnastics athletes at KONI Gresik Regency in 2022, this analysis was carried out after the data was collected. The test data is in the form of test results for the physical condition of the  gymnastics athletes who compete in PORPROV 2022. From the data, it can be concluded that:

1). There is a difference between the physical condition of the Gresik Regency KONI gymnastics athletes in January and May, where the physical condition of the  gymnastics athletes of  Gresik Regency KONI in January is better than May in the time leading up to the competition which focuses more on technical training

2). Based on the acquisition of KONI Gresik Regency medals in the PORPROV JATIM 2022 championship in gymnastics, achievement does not only affect physical condition but mental factors, tactics, techniques which are very influential for gymnastic athletes.
