PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA UMKM DESA GREBEAGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan Di UMKM DD DRICE, (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE, (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE, dan (4) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 orang karyawan UMKM DD RICE. Teknik sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian pada taraf todak signifikan 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE dalam kategori sedang (62,4%), motivasi kerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE dalam kategori sedang (78,8%), dan kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE dalam kategori sedang (62,4%); (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan regresi diperoleh nilai sebesar (β) 0,340 (**p<0.05; p=0,000). Kontribusi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE sebesar (∆R2) 0,081; (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik uji regresi diperoleh nilai sebesar (β) 0,363 (**p<0.05; p=0,000). Kontribusi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar (∆R2) 0,097; dan (4) Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DDRICE Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik uji regresi diperoleh nilai Disiplin Kerja (β) 0,269 (**p<0.05; p=0,000) dan motivasi kerja (β) 0,303 (*p<0.05; p=0,000) berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM DD RICE. Kontribusi pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar (∆R2) 0,144.

This study aims to find out: (1) the level of work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance in DD Drice MSMEs, (2) the influence of work discipline on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees, (3) the influence of work motivation on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees, and (4) the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees.
This study included causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in the study was 40 employees of DD Rice MSMEs. The sample technique used is purposive sampling so that a sample of 40 people is obtained. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.
The results of the study at a significant level of 5% showed that: (1) The level of work discipline of DD Rice MSME employees in the medium category (62.4%), the work motivation of DD Rice MSME employees in the medium category (78.8%), and the performance of DD Rice MSME employees in the medium category (62.4%); (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees. This is evidenced by the results of regression calculations obtained a value of (β) 0.340 (**p<0.05; p = 0.000). The contribution of the influence of work discipline on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees amounted to (∆R2) 0.081; (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of DD Rice MSME employees. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test obtained a value of (β) 0.363 (**p<0.05; p = 0.000). The contribution of the effect of work motivation on employee performance amounted to (∆R2) 0.097; and (4) Work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of DDRICE MSME employees This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test obtained Work Discipline (β) 0.269 (**p<0.05; p = 0.000) and work motivation (β) 0.303 (*p < 0.05; p = 0.000) have a positive and simultaneous effect on the performance of DD RICE MSME employees. The contribution of the influence of work discipline and work motivation variables on employee performance amounted to (∆R2) 0.144.
