Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Picture And Picture Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Narasi Siswa Kelas Iv Sekolah Dasar

The Effect of Application of Picture and Picture Method on Narrative Writing Skills of Grade IV Elementary School Students

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode picture and picture terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest design). Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Tambaksawah Waru, Sidoarjo. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar pre-test dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh siswa mengalami penungkatan nilai. Uji paired sample t-test dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS ver 26, selanjutnya menggunakan taraf signifikan 0,05 sebagai syarat pengambilan keputusan, hasilnya taraf signifikan hitung  0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian penerapan metode picture and picture berpengaruh  terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi.

The instruments used are pre-test and posttest sheets. The results showed that all students experienced an increase in grades. The paired sample t-test was carried out with the help of the SPSS ver 26 application, then used a significant level of 0.05 as a decision-making requirement, the result was a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, the application of the picture and picture method has an effect on narrative writing skills.
