MANAJEMEN FITNESS CENTER ATLAS SPORT CLUB
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pada Fitness Center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya yang terdiri atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu snowball sampling dengan subjek penelitian HRD, GYM manager, instruktur fitness, desain grafis, Head Marketing, Marketing Communication. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Verfikasi/Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan (Planning) sudah dipadukan dengan tujuan dari Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya. yang terdiri atas program kerja jangka panjang dan jangka pendek yang sudah ditata dengan baik dengan mengacu pada pengelolaan manajemen olahraga. (2) Pengorganisasian (Organizing) yang berkaitan dengan pola hubungan kerja antara manager, instruktur fitness, dan Front Office mendekati kesesuaian dengan manajemen olahraga yaitu: Struktur organisasi sudah terkoordinasi dengan baik, manager selalu terbuka dan selalu memberikan motivasi untuk memajukan kesejahteraan Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya, Tugas setiap karyawan sudah terlaksana dengan jelas dalam peraturan kontrak kerja. Pengarahan pada Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya telah dilakukan dengan baik dengan cara membangun tim kerja melalui pendekatan personal karyawan. (3) Proses pengarahan (Actuating) pada karyawan dapat dilaksanakan setiap saat, baik dari pimpinan seperti Owner dan Manager. Untuk pengarahan dari owner dan manajer dapat dilakukan setiap hari melalui group whatsApp dan morning briefing. (4) Pengawasan (Controlling) di Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya dilakukan dengan baik. Manager, HRD dan tim melakukan proses evaluasi setiap hari sekaligus morning briefing. Cara meningkatkan manajemen organisasi adalah merekrut mitra Personal Trainer dan karyawan yang memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan bidang yang dibutuhkan. Untuk Personal Trainer wajib memiliki sertifikasi dan track record yang baik. Setiap tahun Manager, karyawan, front office akan diberikan pelatihan tentang pelayanann pada fitness center yang biasanya disertai outbond untuk building tim. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah manajemen Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen. Saran penelitian ini yaitu pihak Atlas Sport Club perlu dilakukan pembenahan infrastruktur terhadap fasilitas-fasilitas yang mulai rusak, Bagi Fitness center Atlas Sport Club Surabaya diharapkan dapat menambah total perlengkapan yang mendukung dan Menjaga kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada member.

This research aims to determine the management at the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya Fitness Center which consists of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. This type of research is a survey with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling with research subjects HRD, GYM manager, fitness instructor, graphic designer, Head of Marketing, Marketing Communication. The instruments used were observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, verification/conclusion. The research results show that (1) Planning has been integrated with the objectives of the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya Fitness center. which consists of long-term and short-term work programs that have been well organized with reference to sports management. (2) Organizing which is related to the pattern of working relationships between managers, fitness instructors and the Front Office is close to conformity with sports management, namely: The organizational structure is well coordinated, the manager is always open and always provides motivation to advance the welfare of the Atlas Sport Fitness center Club Surabaya, The duties of each employee have been carried out clearly in the employment contract regulations. The briefing at the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya fitness center has been carried out well by building a work team through a personal approach to employees. (3) The directing (Actuating) process for employees can be carried out at any time, both from leaders such as Owners and Managers. Directions from the owner and manager can be done every day via the WhatsApp group and morning briefing. (4) Supervision (Controlling) at the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya Fitness center is carried out well. The manager, HRD and team carry out an evaluation process every day as well as a morning briefing. The way to improve organizational management is to recruit Personal Trainer partners and employees who have criteria according to the required fields. Personal Trainers must have certification and a good track record. Every year managers, employees and the front office will be given training about services at the fitness center which is usually accompanied by outbound activities for team building. The conclusion of this research is that the management of the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya Fitness center has been running in accordance with management functions. The suggestion of this research is that the Atlas Sport Club needs to improve the infrastructure for facilities that are starting to become damaged. For the Atlas Sport Club Surabaya fitness center, it is hoped that it can increase the total equipment that supports and maintains the quality of service provided to members.
