Daya pembeda, butir soal dengan daya pembeda sangat baik berjumlah 17 butir (68%), daya pembeda baik berjumlah 6 butir (24%), daya pembeda cukup berjumlah 2 butir (8%).

This study aims to produce a computer-based Higher Order Thingking Skill (HOTS) test on the human blood circulation system material as an alternative to measure the higher order thinking skills of students who are theoretically and empirically feasible. The product developed was a limited trial which was tested on 20 students of class VIII of State Junior High School 19 Surabaya. The development of this test refers to the Research and Development method which is only carried out up to 6 stages: potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision and product trials. Data collection techniques are the method of validation, tests and questionnaires.
The results of the research analysis include: 1) Theoretical Feasibility include logical validity; 2) Empirical Feasibility include empirical validity, reliability, difficulty level, and distinguishing points; 3) students' responses. Logical validity is obtained based on the results of validation by three validators, they are consist of two lecturer of Science Education and a science teacher of Junior High School. The results of logical validity obtained indicate that the HOTS test valid with a percentage of logical validity is 95.48% with a very feasible category.Empirical Feasibility based on student test result obtained empirical validity as 5 valid items (20%), 17 items were average (68%) and 3 items were invalid (12%). The reliability have a very feasible with reliability coefficient of 0.85. Difficulty level, there are 3 difficult items (12%), 15 average items (60%), 7 easy items (28%). Distinguishing points, 17 items were very good differentiating items (68%), 6 items (24%), sufficient were good, 2 items were enough (8%). The research resulted 23 items accepted and 3 items revised. Practicality of computer-based tests based on student responses has a positive response with an average percentage of 88.13% with a very good category. The results of the development concluded that the computer-based HOTS test on the material of the human circulatory system to measure students' high-level thinking skills was declared theoretically and empirically feasible.
