Kegiatan bercerita dijadikan sebagai langkah pertama guru sebagai dasar untuk melatih keterampilan berbicara siswa. Namun, dalam pembelajaran bercerita siswa merasa kesulitan karena guru minim menggunakan media pembelajaran bercerita, mengakibatkan rata-rata memampuan siswa dalam bercerita masih tergolong rendah. Meningkatnya keterampilan bercerita secara maksimal ditunjang menggunakan media pembelajaran media POP UP berbantu media audiovisual itu mendukung keberhasilan siswa meningkatnya keterampilan bercerita
Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 di SD Al Muslim Waru Sidoarjo. Analisis data produk pengembangan alat evaluasi dilakukan dengan analysis validasi alat evaluasi, respon siswa dan guru, serta hasil belajar siswa menggunakan teknik analisis data. Hasil tahap pengembangan dilakukan melalui dua langkah, yakni (1) penilaian para ahli (expert), dan (2) uji coba pengembangan (development testing). Tahap penyebaran dengan memberikan media pembelajaran POP UP di KKG dan sekolah-sekolah. Hasil kualitas media persentase kelayakan sebesar 80% (layak), kelayakan kegrafikan dengan persentase sebesar 98% (sangat layak). Kualitas Kebahasaan dengan persentase sebesar 80% (layak). Kualitas pengembangan POP UP berjenjang yang kedua adalah kepraktisan berjenjang berdasarkan kaidah perjenjangan media pembelajaran yang ditinjau dari (1) aktivitas guru diperoleh presentase 96% (sangat baik); (2) aktivitas siswa diperoleh presentase 92% (sangat baik);
(3) respon siswa diperoleh presentase 95% atau berkategori sangat baik. Keefektifan berdasarkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 49,2262 (tidak tuntas), sedangkan pada posttest sebesar 86,1548 (tuntas). Peningkatan keterampilan bercerita siswa kelas 2 berkategori tinggi dengan nilai skor rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,70918.
Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa kualitas media pembelajaran menggunakan POP UP berbantu media audio visual meliputi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dalam kategori layak. Secara garis besar dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan POP UP berbantu Media Audio Visual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bercerita siswa kelas 2 sekolah dasar mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Storytelling is used as the teacher's first step as a basis for training students' speaking skills. However, in learning to tell stories, students find it difficult because the teacher does not use storytelling learning media, resulting in the average ability of students in telling stories is still relatively low. Increased storytelling skills are maximally supported by using POP UP media learning media assisted by audio-visual media that supports the success of students in increasing storytelling skills.
The subjects in this study were grade 2 students at SD Al Muslim Waru Sidoarjo. Product data analysis of evaluation tool development was carried out by means of validation analysis of evaluation tools, student and teacher responses, and student learning outcomes using data analysis techniques. The results of the development stage are carried out in two steps, namely (1) expert assessment, and
(2) development testing. The dissemination stage is by providing POP UP learning media in KKG and schools.
The results of the media quality with the percentage of feasibility of 80% (feasible), the feasibility of graphics with a percentage of 98% (very feasible). Language Quality with a percentage of 80% (decent). The quality of the second tiered POP UP development is tiered practicality based on the rules of grading learning media in terms of (1) teacher activity, the percentage is 96% (very good);
(2) student activities obtained a percentage of 92% (very good); (3) student responses obtained percentage 95% or very good category. The effectiveness based on the average pretest score was 49.2262 (uncompleted), while the posttest was 86.1548 (completed). The improvement of storytelling skills of grade 2 students is in the high category with an average N-gain score of 0.70918.
The conclusion of this study is that the quality of learning media using POP UP assisted by audio-visual media includes validity, practicality, and effectiveness in the appropriate category. In general, it can be concluded that the development of learning media using POP UP assisted by Audio Visual Media to improve the storytelling skills of grade 2 elementary school students has increased significantly.
