PEMETAAN JALUR DISTRIBUSI BBM DI KABUPATEN SAMPANG DARI TBBM CAMPLONG MADURA MENGGUNAKAN SIG

MAPPING OF THE FUEL DISTRIBUTION ROUTE IN SAMPANG REGENCY FROM TBBM CAMPLONG MADURA USING GIS

Kabupaten Sampang merupakan salah satu dari 4 Kabupaten yang berada di pulau Madura, Pada kabupaten ini terdapat Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak (TBBM) milik PT. Pertamina (Persero). TBBM tersebut berletak di kecamatan Camplong, sehingga dinamakan TBBM Camplong. TBBM merupakan suatu pusat tempat menerima, menyimpan dan pendistribusian BBM di wilayah tertentu. Pada pendistribusian yang hanya meliputi Kabupaten Sampang, PT. Pertamina (Persero) berhak menyalurkan BBM ke 9 Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) yang telah tersebar. Pada saat pendistribusian, mobil tangki BBM akan melintasi jalur distribusi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh pihak TBBM Camplong dan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sampang. Suatu informasi-informasi yang mendukung sangat diperlukan seperti, jarak SPBU dengan TBBM, Peta sebaran dan jalur distribusi, dan pola sebarannya sehingga dapat membantu dalam menjalankan pendistribusian BBM. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Grafis (SIG) ini akan memberikan informasi visual pemetaan dari kabupaten Sampang dan peta sebaran 9 SPBU tersebut, serta peta jalur distribusi pendistribusian BBM. Pemetaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIG yang bernama Quantum GIS (QGIS). Dengan QGIS dibutuhkan data-data seperti, jarak, data administrasi dari Kabupaten Sampang berupa file shapefile, serta titik koordinat dari TBBM dan 9 SPBU dan diolah hingga menjadi peta. Lalu ada juga analisis pola sebaran dari seluruh 9 SPBU di Kabupaten Sampang dengan menggunakan rumus tetangga terdekat (Nearest Neighbour). Hasil pada analisis ini adalah 9 SPBU di Kabupaten Sampang termasuk kelompok seragam. Pada kemudian hari, diharapkan informasi yang tersaji pada penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan jalur distribusi BBM serta acuan dalam pembangunan SPBU sehingga sebarannya menjadi lebih baik.

The Regency of Sampang is one of 4 regencies on the island of Madura. In this district there is a Fuel Oil Terminal (TBBM) owned by PT. Pertamina (Persero). The TBBM is located in the Camplong sub-district, so it is called the Camplong TBBM. TBBM is a central place for receiving, storing and distributing BBM in certain areas. In the distribution that only covers Sampang Regency, PT. Pertamina (Persero) has the right to distribute fuel to 9 Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) that have been scattered. At the time of distribution, the fuel tank car will cross the distribution channel that has been previously determined by the Camplong TBBM and the Sampang Regency Transportation Service. Supporting information is very much needed, such as the distance between gas stations and TBBM, maps of distribution and distribution lines, and distribution patterns so that they can assist in carrying out the distribution of fuel. With this Graphic Information System (GIS), it will provide visual information on the mapping of the Sampang district and a map of the distribution of the 9 gas stations, as well as a map of the distribution line for the distribution of fuel. This mapping is done using a GIS application called Quantum GIS (QGIS). With QGIS, it takes data such as distances, administrative data from Sampang Regency in the form of shapefile files, as well as coordinates from TBBM and 9 gas stations and processed to become maps. Then there is also an analysis of the distribution pattern of all 9 gas stations in Sampang Regency using the Nearest Neighbor formula. The results of this analysis are 9 gas stations in Sampang Regency including the uniform group. In the future, it is hoped that the information presented in this study can be used as consideration for determining fuel distribution channels and references in the construction of gas stations so that the distribution becomes better.
