Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan produksi PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random simple sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang, yang merupakan karyawan tetap bagian produksi PT X yang telah bekerja selama 3-5 tahun. Pengambilan data pada penelitian menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala keterikatan karyawan. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik konsistensi internal alpha cronbach. Reliabilitas skala persepsi dukungan organisasi sebesar 0,925, sedangkan reliabilitas skala keterikatan karyawan sebesar 0,919. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,671 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara skor persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skor keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan produksi PT X.

The purpose of this study was to examined the relationship between perceived organizational support with employee engagement on PT X production employees. This study is using quantitative approach. The sampling technique use random simple sampling. The sample of this study is 42 people, who are permanent employees of PT X production employees who have worked for 3-5 years. Retrieval data in this study using perceived organizational support scale and employee engagement scale. Reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha internal consistency techniques. Perceived organizational support scale reliability was 0,925, while employee engagement scale reliability was 0,919. Hypothesis test using correlation analysis technique of Pearson product moment. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r is 0,671 with a significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05) , so the hypothesis is accepted. The result of this study shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support scores and employee engagement scores of PT X employees.
